I visit this store periodically, and I'm generally happy, but I'll remember my last purchase for a long time.I bought half-boots made of genuine leather, the model is beautiful, I have been looking for something like this for a long time, everything was great when trying on, you could choose flip-flops as a gift for the purchase, which I did.On the very first day, I rubbed my feet in blood.I went out shopping in a good mood, but came back with crippled legs, by the way, I returned by taxi, at some point I could no longer move on my own.The next day, my husband and I went to the store to return the miracle shoes, the store is in Molodechno, and we live in Volozhin.I was sure that I would get a refund, but it turned out that this was not a warranty case.The seller said that there were no complaints about this model, that most likely I had chosen the wrong size (although this is certainly not the case), that they could send it for examination, I would have to wait a long time and with a 90% probability, the shoes would come back.I can understand the seller, because she does what the company's policy tells her to do.I have no complaints about the sellers or the store, but manufacturers have not been worried about quality lately, and this is not just my opinion.If I had bought budget shoes made of leatherette, I would not have been so outraged, but in this case I paid decent money, and in the end...It is possible to make an independent examination, it is possible to achieve justice, but it will take a lot of time and money and I will not waste time on it.I've read reviews, there are a lot of customers like me , there are twice as many negative reviews as positive ones.Previously, the Marco brand was associated with quality and durability, but now, if you're lucky and if you're unlucky, then there's no point in looking for justice.Once again, there are no complaints about the store and sellers, but there are many questions about the manufacturer.
