A solid hotel, everything on the level except one thing. The shower is clean but the water flow is poor, you can't enjoy having a shower, more of a struggle :)

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are cozy, the bed is comfortable, the pillows (2 each) are different in density, whichever is more convenient, the bed linen is excellent! Cleaning is carried out regularly, sound insulation is good. We lived in a room with Windows to the courtyard, so it was quiet! The room has air conditioning. The location is excellent, close to shops, many currency exchange offices, Yettel communication store. Yes, the breakfasts are great too!

Great location. Everything is very close (cafes, attractions, public transport stops, shops, etc.). The hotel itself is not bad, not old, pleasant atmosphere. They respond quickly to requests (they asked for an iron and an extra blanket, to fix the toilet drain, etc.). The breakfasts are not bad, not monotonous, very tasty. Please note that the hotel is close to tram lines, so it is important to take a room with windows to the courtyard (but this is only for those who are light sleepers).

Nice hotel, clean, convenient location, very close to the main street. But the breakfasts may be better, it's not bad against the background of Serbia, but compared to the Russian 4 stars, there is no comparison

But I wouldn't give it four stars.
There are no hooks in the bathroom.
There's nowhere to hang wet towels
There are no bedside tables, chairs, the wardrobe is too small and not fully sized
The cleaning is excellent.
It's not bad at the reception either, but you can't skip with Russian.
Overall, I liked the hotel and would recommend it, but I repeat that it is not four stars.

The hotel is of a very good standard. Do not expect extravaganza. The small rooms have everything you need. Breakfast looks small, but you won't leave hungry. Within walking distance of almost everything you might need, even a supermarket and restaurants

A very nice hotel.
1) Clean rooms with new and good furniture and plumbing (I saw comments about cleanliness, yes, there were stains on the carpet in my room, but obviously not fresh, it's more something that can not be washed, not dirt.)
2) breakfast is a good buffet with everything you could wish for for breakfast: fresh pastries, different types of cheeses and sausages, a variety of hot, sweet, coffee, juices, etc. Everything is fresh and delicious
3) Very polite and attentive staff. They checked me in ahead of time, and allowed me to leave my suitcase for free before that. Also, the eviction was done at my request later without additional payment, and then they also offered me to leave my suitcase with them. All the staff speaks excellent English.

Without enthusiasm) the number of rooms is not bad. Good furniture, bed linen. There is everything you need. The refrigerator didn't work, but it didn't cause us any inconvenience. The room was cleaned badly.
The breakfasts are ordinary, without frills. Everything you've tried is delicious.
The staff is friendly.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Many attractions are within walking distance.

Before you GO and spend money on THIS, study the reviews! The hotel is not 4**** , it corresponds to a maximum of 1* at the end of the stay, we barely survived one day . As a result , we 're moving out . We booked three rooms across the island, upon arrival at 12 a.m., the hotel saw only 2 reservations, but this was not the worst thing.When we were eventually settled, I immediately write the cons :
- terrible DIRTY rooms, no desire to even take off your shoes (see photo)
- It's very cold (the air conditioner is working, but it's kind of weird and very noisy)
- THE BED feels like it's not washed around the hair
- The breakfast was disgusting, there was a coveted cut (see photo)
- There is no SOUND INSULATION , the tram comes to your room, you also hear the neighbors.
- The walls are spat on (or in snot) (see photo)
- Water and tea in the room are paid (there is no welcome water or tea as in other hotels. You will have to buy water from them if you have a late check-in.The rest was not a success, we went to another hotel. Disappointment!

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time. Everything was fine. I booked it this time too. I was on a night flight. I was in Belgrade at 5 a.m. without the local currency, and the cards don't work either. The hotel was paid in advance. I wasn't worried that there would be nowhere to sleep for a while. But they refused to check me in. I've been walking around Belgrade since 5 a.m. I was waiting for the currency exchanges to open. I will not stay at this hotel anymore
