Elena Ivanovna Rakovskaya is simply the best doctor. I was at the reception today. Balanced, everything is to the point, clearly. After a visit to such doctors, there is some kind of inspiration. This doctor treats not only with a pill, but also with a word. Thanks again! And the receptionist, a blonde girl with short hair (sorry, I didn't remember the name) is very pleasant and tactful

Two stars for the master. The job was done perfectly. But those who respond on social networks (perhaps the administrator) have a terrible attitude. I signed up for the procedure via Instagram and decided to change my account in a few days. I am writing there on Instagram about the desired new time of the procedure, what exactly I want to do. To which the answer comes to me that I am not registered with them at all.. That's it... that's the end of the conversation, considering that I originally wanted to change the date) My request was simply ignored) Zero customer focus! They also delete reviews that they don't like!
