This is also our first time in Abkhazia, we chose this guest house based on photos and reviews, contacted Albina Ashotovna by phone, paid the reservation for one day and left on the appointed day. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that we did not end up in this guest house, but in a neighboring courtyard with an unfinished building and far from such a well-maintained courtyard as in the photo, there were several families of us, not everyone liked the rooms either, Albina Ashotovna quickly moved some of the tenants from our company to the neighboring courtyard, where we were comfortable. at home, but not everything was bad, our room (one of three) it had a terrace overlooking the sea, with air conditioning (although ours was more expensive than the same mirrored one), but without mosquito nets and a TV, it was very bad. I was pleased with the first line, the super sandy beach (there are also disadvantages, there is no equipped descent to the beach), the store nearby, and most importantly, the cool nature and cool weather. The access to this place is 1-2 km dirt dusty road and only on foot, by car or taxi. The photos correspond to the neighboring courtyard, which we did not find ourselves in

Nice clean rooms, but music every day until 12 at night in a nearby cafe, if you like to sit up until night and listen to live music and disco, then you are here! The dining room on the ground floor is wonderful , everything is very tasty , the portions are large. You can cook by yourself, there is a small kitchen. The room cost 3500 a day with amenities. We were in the guest house for the first time. Near the shop and the beach , you can say the first line , the beach is sand / pebbles

Guys, this is our first time in Abkhazia. We've seen enough bloggers and let's go))) Initially, we thought about going to another place, we decided not to make any "armor", because they are thrown all the time. As it turned out, where they wanted, the place turned out to be a hat, and the hostess was Russian. We freaked out, packed up and drove along the shore, looking for options. It was quite by chance that they saw "rooms for rent" on the gate. We knocked on the gate and Uncle Ashot opened it for us. His wonderful daughters showed us all the rooms in the 3-storey hotel. In general, we rented a room on the 3rd floor for 2500, a shower, a working air conditioner, a TV with satellite TV. The view from the balcony to the sea, the sandy beach, a gorgeous garden in the courtyard, an excellent kitchen, with a dining room where you can cook yourself. A barbecue where you can roast a whole lamb))) The bed in the room is the most comfortable, clean bed linen, comfortable mattress, slept and rested like never before. We will definitely come again and recommend it to everyone. We read old reviews,..... guys, if so, then a lot has changed for the better. We had a great rest and tanned ourselves...

Wonderful hosts, beautiful sea.The only thing that overshadows the rest is very loud music in the cafe next to the guest house. They sing for up to 24 hours, or even later. It was impossible to fall asleep under such decibels, you had to wait for the music to end, then fall asleep.

I put 5 stars not because there is a 5-star hotel there))) But because for 600 rubles a day we got all the amenities: own room with air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and mirror, clean bed linen and 2 white terry towels per person. There's a store right next door. There are 2 fruit stalls nearby. There is also its own dining room to buy ready-made meals for only 100-200 rubles a serving.
Among the disadvantages: so that you do not build illusions, I will immediately write that the renovation in the room is Soviet) You will also have to put up with the fact that you can hear your neighbors walking down the corridor. The toilet and shower are shared. But you can rent a room for 2500 rubles per day with your own toilet and shower (P.S. The repair in them is also Soviet).
I was very pleased with the hostess's hospitality, cleanliness and order on the territory.

This is a cool guest house, and the owners are generally golden people!!!
I advise you to visit this place, the distance from the sea is about 30 meters, if not less.
Sand beach is the only beach in this place!!! I recommend Maria and Roberto guest house for everyone to relax!!!!

Everything was fine only on the first day of rest, upon check-in! The only plus of all that was there was a large room with all amenities, clean and snow-white bedding and towels, and also a dining room with affordable prices downstairs!
The room that we were in for 5 days has never been cleaned, there is a rag, a broom, plumbing supplies, please clean your rooms yourself, and this is for 3000 per room per day! Nobody changed the towels either! And the biggest minus is the cafe in the courtyard where the music was blaring until 12 o'clock at night, so you can go to the cafe and not go, danced in the room and sleep!

Everything is very good, a very good hostess, everything is hospitable , clean, new rooms , two steps to the sea, BUT !!!
There is a cafe downstairs, by the way, everything there is also delicious and not expensive.. In the evening, live music begins (rather mediocre) huge speakers stand 10 meters from the wall of the hotel and bangs all this music until 24-00.
We were in August 2020, maybe something will change, but if you drop the muslo, the hotel is super!!!
