For two years now, the customer of this store has always been satisfied with the quality of products. But the work of the online store is just terrible! Then they will send the wrong pick-up point, which I indicated in the order, then they will send the wrong shoes that I ordered, and when asked why they are not what they need, they say that they were mistaken! And they can no longer re-send what was ordered, because they sold it to someone else! And then they call back and ask - why did you refuse the pair you ordered???
BECAUSE I ORDERED A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE! And you sold it, and they sent me some garbage that was lying in the warehouse!
They also offer discounts, but you can't use them, because the discount applies to products that do not participate in promotions, but at least some kind of promotion is indicated on the website for 95% of the product! Yes, yes! You can't apply a discount either!
