Overall, a good hotel by Sri Lankan standards. The main feature of the hotel is the infinity pool on the roof. The pool is being monitored and cleaned.
The breakfasts are quite varied, there is no crowd, there are a lot of tables. You can find something delicious for yourself.
In terms of service: all issues were resolved quickly by the hotel staff: additional water in the room, transfer, currency exchange.
We haven't tried any food other than breakfast. We ate at the Nikki Greek restaurant in 5 minutes by tuk-tuk.
The main disadvantage is poor cleaning in the rooms. Plumbing - requires more thorough cleaning. There is no feeling of purity. There's trash and hair under the beds and in the corners of the room.
There is a steam room at the pool, which is dirty and doesn't smell very good. They didn't go.

The hotel fully complies with the stated pictures. The wonderful garden with panoramic views and a warm pool on the 10th floor is mesmerizing. Very attentive staff everywhere. In 11 days, I haven't been able to meet a single sullen or sad employee. I would also like to mention the gorgeous beach of the hotel and the staff who work there. A free comfortable bus runs from the hotel to the beach every hour. There are always places. Travel time is no more than 10 minutes. Almost a mini tour. The bus always greets the staff kindly, helps to get on the sun beds, gives towels. The beach line is wide and sandy with a minimum of people. Almost all the time, there is no one but you/the rescuer and the herons. The lifeguard, as soon as you enter the water, will guard you until you get tired of splashing. There are no marine reptiles in the water. The ocean is warm. Rescuers pay special attention to children. With them, they will build sand castles for as long as the children want. They will bring spatulas, molds and other toys for the sand. It's amazing how at +30 they stay cheerful, sweet and cheerful all day in the sun. Special thanks to the chef who cooks delicious food in a cafe on the beach and the guys, we bring you our culinary masterpieces. In general, the beach is one big, well-coordinated team that makes your vacation a masterpiece, comfortable and private. I really want to come back to such a place again and again...

A super hotel. The room is very clean and thoughtful. Excellent sound insulation. Very good food. Both breakfast and dinners are excellent. We only took it for breakfast, but on the spot we decided to have dinner and paid extra for a buffet for dinner and everything was very tasty and varied. A cool rooftop pool with a wonderful sunset view. And a nice bonus in the form of a free sightseeing tour of Colombo.

Awesome big hotel! Rooftop spa, swimming pools, very nice view and everything is comfortably done (except the hammam). The rooms are super, the beds are comfortable. The breakfasts are bombastic! Various shops, restaurants! The exit to the large shopping center is directly on the elevator of the hotel. It is located in the center, everything is convenient nearby

The hotel is good. A normal room with a sea view. The breakfast buffet has a very large selection, a lot of fruits, including exotic ones. But all the food is very spicy. For lovers of spicy food, there is plenty of space. The pool is normal on the roof, there is a Jacuzzi, which you can turn on endlessly yourself. The service is not bad, as far as it is possible for Lankans. They know English very poorly, they forget to put razors and gel on. They can't make a pen out of Scotch tape even for a tip, but it's still better than in other places, the hotel has an elevator exit to the Marina Mall.

The Mega Hotel is good for Sri Lanka! They try to provide a European level of service here, but of course, not in everything else. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool and spa deserve separate 5 stars - it's just great. It's amazing to swim with this view, the pool is also quite large, there is enough space for everyone. The location is not bad, you can walk 3 minutes and find yourself on one of the central streets with shops and banks. The breakfast is unforgettable, a huge selection of different dishes and fruits. We also went to a Chinese restaurant - on the level!

The hotel is great!
Breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet.
Everything is delicious and varied.
Lots of side dishes and meat to choose from, ice cream, salads, snacks, desserts, etc. There is
also a free guided tour at 14:30 daily. You will be shown the main sights. I didn't have to pay extra anywhere.
Another advantage is the free minibar in the room.

The hotel was booked at a booking office. First, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of some kind of slum and a corresponding smell (After we said that we would not live in this room, we were moved to the 6th floor, to a room with a view of the construction site. Apparently, when booking accommodation on a booking site, you need to be prepared that you will be given the worst room. A magnificent hotel - lived twice (at the entrance to the country and at the exit). Very good sound insulation, as a result, we ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the restaurant, because it is really tasty and varied.
We lived in a branded family room - it is spacious and the view from the windows is very good.
The rooftop pool is a nice addition.

The perfect budget 5 for Colombo! The hotel is new, the rooms are fresh, there is everything you need! The bed is huge, snow-white linen and towels, bathrobes and slippers. Tea and coffee making facilities, cola and lemonade in the mini-bar, nuts and cookies for free. There is a panoramic window in the bathroom, which can be closed if desired. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There is a beach in Colombo, but you can't swim there, there are mountains of garbage. Everything is compensated by the Infinity pool on the roof, plus a Jacuzzi, a garden with a bar and hammam. The hotel offers a free sightseeing tour of the city. A wonderful hotel, with wonderful staff, a great rooftop pool overlooking the ocean. The price includes a city tour and a daily transfer to a private beach with excellent service. A separate assessment deserves a hotel room, which has an excellent bed, an original bathroom and other small things that defy description.

The place is awesome, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, the pool is generally a cannon!!!!

There is a very tasty sea plate at the pool bar, I have not eaten such squid yet, they melt in my mouth.
There was also an excursion included in the accommodation, it is worth visiting, especially the national museum and the Buddhist temple.

Everything is perfect here! The hotel is sooooo clean. There is nothing to find fault with from the word at all. Delicious food and drinks. The roof is a separate conversation.... In addition to the gorgeous view, there is a large swimming pool, garden, Jacuzzi and bar. You can get to the Marina Mall directly from the hotel. It's my first time in such a posh place. We will definitely come back again.
