In the photo in the card, everything is generally different.
Everything is worn, old, dirty, stained, and there are cockroaches everywhere.
The toilet is cleaner than the washbasin, the taps are stained with grease or something else. It doesn't cost any money at all.
The air conditioner is not working.
Wi-Fi is available as indicated, but it does not work. In places, a signal appears for a couple of seconds.
There are cracks in the corridor at the junction of the walls. Perhaps they tried to etch out all sorts of insects.

The only thing I liked was the price, cockroaches and shuffled repairs and furniture in the room. The balcony was very dirty, and the breakfasts were not very good either.

Homeless man. Very bad conditions for such money. There are staff at the reception with a terrible accent. In addition, the area is a ghetto, where there are only flea markets, and Negroes and Indians all around
