Everything is beautiful. There is parking and a separate security to check everything. The safety of houses is 100 percent everywhere trees have planted flowers. The roads are paved not far from the supermarket bazaar. But inside the house, in the apartments, the place of the walls is simple, white windows are installed like an aquarium, and this cannot be done without an air conditioner. It's cold in winter and very hot in summer.

We rented an apartment here. I really liked the buildings. The apartments are high-rise, there are two large elevators in the entrance, clean all around. The bus stop is right next to the complex, 71 buses go through the Shakhristanskaya metro station and towards the Yunusabad supermarket, Yunusabad bazaar and then to the concrete. The neighbors are quiet and the place is quiet.

I am writing this review as the owner of an apartment in this residential complex. The first thing I want to write is the location of the LCD. It's very cool, there's a river nearby. In theory, when the construction is over, there will be a place for walking along the river. Now, I will write in fact at this time. The LCD is not fully completed, so there is a lot of noise and dust. I opened the window for a while, I will need to wipe the pool everywhere. There are also big problems with sewerage and, as a result, with cold water. Only after all residents are connected to the process, the problem is now solved. There are a lot of problems, there is no normal Playground, very little Parking space for cars, roads are dead to the LCD. In general, I hope by the end of this Business City, everything will be as in the photos or I will put the apartment up for sale;)

The new buildings are of very good quality. The complex itself is built wisely. Round-the-clock security, daily cleaning of entrances and uninterrupted power supply, which is very important in hot weather. The only drawback is that there is only one grocery store for the entire complex and there are no pharmacies nearby.

It seems to be an interesting area with new buildings, but at the moment the infrastructure is lame. There are no good shops and pharmacies in the immediate vicinity. You can try to buy the most basic products at the store near the barrier. But you need to get to pharmacies. In general, the houses have been built, but the infrastructure is still not up to date. As I understand it, ordinary batteries are used in houses, not underfloor heating. For some, this may be critical. 2 a contour gas boiler heats the batteries and cold water.
There are only houses in the area.
There is a public transport stop near the complex.
But if you need to go out on Yangishahar Street, then the way to the road is also not the most pleasant - just a curb along the road, and next to it there are fences, behind which there are construction sites.

Excellent location, pleasant overview, cool infrastructure built using the latest (German-Turkish) architectural technologies, multi-layered: noise-hydro-insulated walls + good layout, organized Parking spaces, round-the-clock security, playgrounds, etc.
The only drawback (it may be temporary, and will be eliminated soon) is temporary water supply outages.
