The robot vacuum cleaner was repaired, master Yuri diagnosed it for a week, after which he called and said that the problem could not be identified, accordingly, he would not repair it, when we handed the vacuum cleaner over to a specialized service center, they called us back within two hours and pointed out the problem, I think that says a lot. Dear administration, remove false information from the site, you do not have high-class specialists working for you, they are experts in this, so it's in lies and banal laziness.

I have never seen a more disgusting service: the courier director could not understand for 2 weeks that it was necessary to screw the vacuum cleaner hose to it. As a result, I could not enter the entrance door. To put it mildly, if you can't use the word "boorish", the office workers have completed the picture. Oh, how I've suffered with this service!!! This is the first time I've encountered such a thing. I handed over the slow cooker back in February, it's still being repaired))It was not accepted by the master himself, but by a woman who does not really fumble with technology. I tried to explain the problem, how it is buggy, where to repair it. She didn't even write to the master. She looked as if she couldn't understand my speech. Then he asks: does it not turn on? I say yes for now, then it will stand and it can work for a while. A few days later they told me that it was working - there was no need to fix it. Then the master called himself and said again that he understood the problem. And they still don't know how to repair it, but now they are also asking for 10 rubles. In my opinion, they already owe me a lot more!
