We had a great 4 days in the off-season.
The administrator Ksenia is polite, responsive, friendly.
The room is clean, stylish, everything is there. I was just right with two children.
The food is varied, and both children and adults liked it.
Relatively close to New Athos, it would be generally unnoticeable by car, but we had to walk or take a minibus that runs along the Sukhumi highway.
I am very pleased with this place, I recommend it for tourists to stay in Abkhazia.

Good afternoon! We have always wanted to visit Abkhazia, and in July 2024 we decided! We chose the Manresa Hotel and did not lose, just a delight! The owners Maria and Sergey are passionate about their business, developing and moving forward! Everything has been thought out from accommodation to entertainment for both adults and children. Alexandra is a children's animator! Every evening I studied with children of different ages and fascinated and interested everyone, a big smart girl! Alinochka is the master of the bar😎, we've tried everything we can, from flirtatious dishes to desserts and how delicious everything is 🤤 keep up the good work 🥳👏🏻! Ksyusha is the receptionist, will answer all your questions and help with almost any of your requests, it was a great pleasure!
I want to mention the kitchen separately, God, how delicious everything was for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we wanted to lose weight, but it turned out the other way around! In general, thanks a lot to all the staff, you made our vacation great!
There is extraordinary beauty throughout the hotel, and its landscapes enchant from the first second of your stay.
I had a desire to return to this hotel, and I didn't want to leave either. Thank you very much.

We stayed at this hotel from 20.10-26.10, the room is clean, with a sea view. Each room has air conditioning. We took a trip with breakfast. The food is delicious at home. After breakfast, you can say "rolled out" and did not go out)thanks to the Administrators Ksenia and Alina, as well as the cook. The hotel also has a children's room, a children's cinema, a playground - our children were not bored, they especially liked the cat Caesar. Of the cons ( to refine )
1) I would like the beds to be covered with at least some kind of blanket (after a long walk, I want to lie down, and in clothes in which we walked all day, it's not ethical to lie down on clean pastels),
2) in the room, so that there is at least a minimum set of dishes (glasses, spoons, forks)
3) we rested in October, the floor is very cold (at least when it's not in season) so that slippers are provided.
And so we rested just fine!!!
