On April 9th, I got a pedicure from Tatiana's master. It was the sun. I was the last client on this working day (by time interval - evening). It was not the master who refused me long-term coverage, but the owner of the studio because of onycholysis, referring to the norms of the Sanpin. There are no questions. Observing these standards is only a plus. He protects himself - he has the right. Of course I was upset, but I needed to get a pedicure that day. The salon, where I have been serviced for 6 years, does not work on the sun, because this day is for the family)) - he has the right. And I was swimming in Instagram ads. Someone assigned the studio 5 stars, although its internal content is far from cozy. A pedicure place is a walk-through room that leads to a manicure room, a hygiene room and a utility room. By hygiene room(toilet)The same impression is not a positive one. Apparently it is not intended for customers, because soup was floating in the toilet, the 2nd masters had to go out and interrupt washing their work supplies in the sink to free up the toilet room for me)) so as not to embarrass each other. When I left the studio, I filmed her location in order to show my friends EXACTLY WHERE the most visited studio in the city is located, according to the author of the gut_nail_studio account. The owner of the studio gave me this idea, handing me a card that I can give to my friends)) and with their visit, they will lead me to a discount pedicure as soon as the entire card is filled.
Varnish has been used in the studio for conventional coatings since the days when they did not know about quick-drying. Although Nyx, Maybelline Colorama, and Sally Hansen sell 100% in Minsk. It is not necessary to buy Lancome, YSL, Armani, since they save on the material harshly, but to have modern varnishes in the arsenal of at least 3 colors in the most visited studio for their prestige and convenience (when it dries quickly, it is pleasant for all participants in the process)it would not be superfluous.

For more than 10 years I lived with onycholysis, I did prevention with pharmacy products, I observed hygiene, I wore breathable shoes at home, I treated closed shoes with antibacterial sprays, there are always shoe covers in my purse. Nothing unpleasant happened. I did a pedicure with the same master. I changed it once and picked up something bad.
The hostess was in no hurry to issue the check.

I'm not at home, after all, I was serviced by a friend. I wouldn't write a review. Although I am extremely unhappy with the pedicure. Does the owner of the studio consider this a decent job? Apparently yes. Since she has specific prices.
Now I have to go for an analysis. To find out what kind of blue spot appeared on the nail. That there was no fungus is for sure. I visited a German podologist in winter, treated the "chicken's eye" and of course he examined the nails under a magnifying glass and took a scraper. There was no infection. And after April 9th, it appeared.

There is also a receipt, and the pedicure tools were ready to work when I sat down in the chair. It is not known how they were processed. If the toilet is washed, then... Now I will not be able to come for a pedicure to any master except a podologist. This case is difficult in Germany. Of course, I will find a specialist, but this is many times more expensive than Minsk prices, the recording time is six months ahead and summer is coming..and sandals are waiting)). It will take a long time to treat. If you don't trim the nail. Which I don't want to do for more than 10 years. And it's not for Gut Nail Studio to decide the fate of my sick nails for me. If you work with onycholysis, work conscientiously. Do not cripple. They are coming to you for beauty. But if you comply with the norms of the SANPIN-and they are responsible for your health, then make sure that the client stays at least with what he came with. And do not strengthen the problem. My friends don't want a pedicure like that. And for free)). The owner of the studio should not be offended. Maybe she's fine)) such a service. We are all different. But I'm terrified today. She began to treat with proven drops from the fungus. The Germans have not yet come up with a stronger one. But if this blue turns out to be mold, the cat must be cut out - then there will be sadness.

I do not know what this complaint is about. But after his blue nail...I understand the discontent. You want to get service, but you get it head-on. And also for a fee)). I was driving a taxi for pleasure, but I got an infection and tears of disappointment

My daughter studied here (Salon Master course), and we discussed every day of training in great detail. I went to the same manicure master in our city for many years, so the quick start courses were immediately dismissed in 2 days. My daughter was doing manicure on her own for only 1.5 months, she was given lessons by both my master and her godmother. The results were there, but very slow. And so the daughter herself found an 11-day training course. I looked at the program, which is quite typical, the price is average. And that's the result of what there is. After completing the course, she makes her own nails in 2-2.5 hours, independently analyzes the shortcomings, if any. And she is going to all the following courses that Ekaterina organizes. In fact, Ekaterina is a born teacher, demanding but patient. It inspires self-confidence, motivates, and this is what was missing, falls in love with the profession. Many thanks for the work done.
