We stayed at this hotel in April 2025 and were very satisfied! We got a room on the top floor with a balcony and a view of the mountains; the room itself was very clean, with all the necessary amenities for living.
We went to the restaurant for dinner - the dishes were delicious and served well; the breakfasts were also quite good) Special thanks to the very friendly female waitress of the restaurant, who works on April 19-20, you are super!
The hotel is located far from the center, but a 10-minute walk from two local attractions (Mother Armenia and the Black Fortress). A taxi from here to the center cost 120 rubles maximum :)
We will definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for the great service!

The hotel is excellent, clean, tidy, new rooms.
Of the disadvantages, the breakfasts are not delicious, there is very little choice.

Prices in the cafe - cosmos. We went in and took two milkshakes for 1,900 drams. In my opinion, it is very expensive for an institution of this type, especially since there are no visitors at all and it is located on the edge of the country and the edge of the extreme city...

A friend came to take coffee with her.
The result: a low-quality (cheap) small cappuccino with itself cost 1,870 drams.
The place is located on the edge of the city on the edge of the country.
Is there any justification for the price, maybe it's not about the coffee at all? A question for the owners. From what was noticed - a simple design, few amenities. There are some trees from Sicily, sort of.
