We were with a friend in February 2025. We took the standard without breakfast. A super-dragon, of course. But it justifies its price completely. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is snow-white, the pillows are comfortable. Of course, there was a minimum of space, but somehow it didn't bother. The main thing is that everything worked, the water was always hot, the staff was responsive to any request. In the lobby on the 1st floor there is a kitchen where you can cook breakfast, a kettle, a cooler with clean water, dishes, a refrigerator. In the lobby on the 2nd floor there is a relaxation area with sofas and even a hammock. Three peacocks, monkeys and a chipmunk live nearby. It takes exactly 4 minutes to walk to the ocean. If I go to Sri Lanka again, I will choose this hotel again, but we will take a deluxe room, the room is bigger, there is air conditioning, a linen closet and even a sofa. Few guests, quiet...

The hotel is located close to the beach. There is an old building, where there is a dining room and two new ones.
We lived in the old one, the roof leaked during heavy rains. The room is not large, but everything you need is a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a mirror. We took breakfast, they are almost the same, but everyone has enough. Omelette, toast, fruit, rice, everything is delicious.
The staff is friendly, responds to any requests quickly and adequately.
I recommend you to stay, but only in new buildings.

I am writing a review for tourists from Russia who want to visit this place with a package tour. Don't even think about coming here. The receptionist, who was very nice at first glance, moved to another room on the second day of his stay without warning. We paid for the deluxe, we got it... In a downpour, water flows like a stream down the wall directly onto the bed, the air conditioner does not work, the walls are made of cardboard , audibility from neighboring rooms and the toilet of the neighboring room, a path of ants in the room (not for my cookies, but just so they are comfortable). There is no refrigerator, there is no hair dryer, there is no kettle, the toilet door does not close, the road is very audible. There is only one decent room in this hotel and it is rented by booking (therefore, there are good reviews on booking), the rest of the rooms are trash. The only plus is a good location, it's better to look at something else nearby.
