The hotel has a caring staff, you can always contact them and they will help you. Well-maintained territory, daily room cleaning. Very hearty breakfasts, lunch and dinner can be ordered at the hotel, everything is very tasty. There is a summer kitchen. For those who drive, there is parking. If we ever return to Abkhazia, we will choose this hotel.

Guests need to be prepared for the fact that they will be offered to throw out the garbage in the room themselves)) And don't be scared when the bathroom suddenly starts to stink of sewage to the point of nausea. It's very close to the beach, there are a lot of pines, the water is warm, the air is wonderful. There's really nowhere to go for a walk in the evening.

Very nice place. Everything is clean, neat, pleasant. Very polite and friendly staff. A huge plus of this place, proximity to the beach. Minus the price tag, it's getting more expensive from year to year. The territory is small, but neat. There is a public area with a summer kitchen, which has everything you need (dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink), tables and benches. There is a mini playground, a tennis table. There is a private cafe. There is a laundry (not expensive) but the powder is regretted, things often come back with stains. And they are not dried, they just bring wet ones from the washing machine. The rooms are standard, bed approximately 140:200, wardrobe, 2 cabinets, table, mini fridge. When you get all this for 4000 per day in 2021, everything seems perfect and healthy. Well, at current prices (in 2023 they asked for 8000 with breakfast included), it's already hard for such simple amenities.
