We went to have a snack at the first place we came across, according to estimates, we saw what many people liked. A friendly receptionist greeted us and sent us to the second floor, where a waiter was supposed to meet us, but we eventually sat down ourselves because he was not there. When he finally came up to us, he said that the menu was qr-only, strangely, but ok, we chose it, he didn't come up, he was talking at the bar, we waited for him for a very long time, then finally he caught our attention and came over, saying that there was actually a button to call the waiter (which was before he didn't say that, and it wasn't clear how to guess before), we chose 3 dishes from the business lunch, to which he eventually said that they hadn't had this for a long time. We ended up hungry and angry when we left, just because of the waiter's attitude. It's beautiful inside, the hostess is pleasant, but the waiter spoiled the impression so much that I didn't even want to sit in this place any further.

A good interior, if you are used to the service, then this is not what you need, if you were in Moscow, then you understand what I mean, but there, the institution bribed with its instagrammality, we had a misunderstanding with the waiter because he messed up something in the order and did not bring a salad, and instead of bringing the new one, apparently invited the manager, well, in general, both laughter and sin. We will not come, because of 1,000 tenge, to take and create such conditions is not reasonable for me. Although our table is full for 30-40 thousand. You could beat off this salad on the same water as coffee. Thank you.
