We visited the bakery "Mamin bread", and were delighted! The aroma of fresh pastries immediately creates a cozy atmosphere.
I tried their croissant with chocolate — it was incredibly tender and delicious. We also chose mint lemon cake with cheesecake, which pleasantly surprised us with its rich taste.
The service is excellent: friendly staff are always ready to help with the selection.

The other day I noticed that a bakery had opened in Minsk, and I must say, I was just thrilled!
From the very threshold, you can feel the cozy atmosphere filled with the aromas of fresh pastries and fresh coffee. The staff are true professionals in their field, friendly and attentive to each client. It is very pleasant to see how they work together and with love for their work.
The range of pastries is amazing in its variety. Each product is a small work of art, made with great skill, for which many thanks to the bakers.
I ordered a tube with condensed milk, sour cream with cherries and a cup of coffee – it's incredibly delicious, I recommend it to everyone.

During an evening walk, we decided to visit the new establishment "Mamin bread". The place is gorgeous. The atmosphere is cozy. We tried their novelty "Danish" with raspberries, very tender and juicy.
And the bread reminded me of the taste of childhood, as my grandmother cooked in the oven)))the same airy inside and with a crispy crust on top.

This is the fourth time I've bought baked goods at the bakery, and I can say that it was delicious to eat only garlic bread. I bought eclairs with chocolate - insanely dry and loose dough, threw it away. Eclair with condensed milk is very sweet and hard to digest. The pieces of cakes are everywhere a biscuit, dry and with the taste of some kind of metal, or something, I don't understand how to describe it, but I can feel it in every unit of food. It's even sad, although it always smells like bread is being baked there tirelessly) well, garlic bread is really delicious. And very nice girls at the checkout, smiling. It's a good location, but it's better to work on desserts, not mentally)

I really like the sour cream with berries here - it is tender, moist, with sourness from cherries and balanced in sugar! Although it is confusing that the shortbread base in this sour cream is not at all sandy and not crispy, but soaked.
Nevertheless, this is my favorite position, I follow him almost every day! Bumble is delicious here too)
Everything else that I managed to try (eclairs, croissants, a tube with condensed milk, a cinnamon bun, a juicer with cottage cheese, some other bun) was not very pleasant, sickly sweet and dry, as if it were not fresh pastries, but a week ago:(
I'm upset that croissants are a complete failure here 😅
My husband and I love to take classic croissants with butter for breakfast with coffee, but to my regret and surprise, here are the most delicious croissants that I have ever eaten:(
They are dry, dense, thick, not fragrant, just tasteless dough.
Since the bakery has only recently opened, I think they are still experimenting with the recipe and, hopefully, they will bring many positions to mind!😁
