On March 1, 2025, we attended a thematic lesson dedicated to Maslenitsa. Respect to the Mamalysh center, a great idea, new opportunities. The child was very pleased. After the lesson, we got into the world of Fairy Tales Kolobok. The action was timed for charity purposes.
Cent teaches not only our children, but also to always take care of those who need our help so much.

A great center for kids!
We have been going to the pool for 1.5 years now.We started going to individual classes with coach Irina, then joined her group. We really like the coach, she is the head, she is always attentive to children, she will always prompt and help if you have any questions, she is a true professional in her field. The conditions in the center are top-notch, always clean, very comfortable, and there is a wonderful children's area in the lobby of the center. For comfort, the management is constantly interested and listens to the wishes of the client.👍
I would also like to say a huge thank you to the management for additional entertainment for children: performances, New Year's matinees, photo shoots, etc., which take place in the center.

If we compare the classes 7 years ago with the baby in all the pools of Vitebsk (due to the post-season change of the Mamalysh location and administrative delays) and today's classes in the center, which is intended only for children, now it is comfort, coziness, warm water, sauna to relax and warm up after class; dry pool and slide in the lobby for toddlers, as well as coffee, water and a class broadcast for the second parent or the eldest child. We've been going for six months and we really like everything. And coach Irina is love forever)

I started visiting such a wonderful, modern and cozy Mamalysh center while I was pregnant. To date, in our city, and probably in the Republic, this is the only center where pregnant women can be provided with a full course of lectures on preparing for childbirth (as for me, it's better to listen once than buy online seminars) , and it's much more interesting to communicate with future moms😉 Combine the useful with the pleasant: for aqua aerobics for pregnant women, special thanks to the head of the center, who conducted the classes. After classes, I felt light, and my mood immediately rose by 100%. Now my baby and I (already 5 months old) attend group classes twice a week. Despite the fact that we are still small, the result is visible: and this is all thanks to our training. Thanks to Irina, who manages to pay attention to each child in 30 minutes. Of the advantages, I want to note: cleanliness, order, the girls-administrators are very pleasant and polite, they will always take into account the wishes of customers (time, day). it suits us). A salt sauna is what is needed in such weather ❄️ 😉To warm up with your baby after class...it's a pure thrill 👍I recommend this center to everyone😊

During the 4 months of our visit to the Mamalysh center, there were many impressions that I wanted to share.
Let's start with a good one:
•The center itself is very cozy, everything is new. Lockers, benches, changing tables, shower, sauna - cleanliness, it is clear that this is very well monitored, everything is in excellent condition. The hall is equipped with two children's areas (a slide and a dry pool), there is a self-service coffee shop, a TV (on which you can watch how the kids are doing) - super!
•Initially, we attended individual classes with coach Anastasia. A very pleasant, competent and attentive girl who will be happy to answer all your questions.
•After that, we moved on and currently go to a group where Anastasia is also the coach. Despite the fact that the lesson does not last that long, she manages to devote time to each child, check the correctness of all the exercises, for which she has a separate huge plus!
•I would also like to note that the center hosts many lectures, the topics of which are based on the choice of visitors to this center.
But there are also some shortcomings:
• It is a little unclear why the cost of payment increases when paying through erip, because according to Article 9-1, paragraph 4 on consumer protection, it is said that the seller (contractor) is prohibited from setting different prices (tariffs) for one type of goods (works, services) depending on forms of payment for goods (works, services)
•Administrators of the center. There are two of them. One of them, as I noticed, appeared not so long ago. The girl does not respond to the greeting, the appearance also, as for me, does not quite correspond to the form of the administrator, can run through the locker room without closing the doors (and these are drafts), there is no competent consultation, which is very different from the second administrator. She always greets everyone, dressed in a business style, if you need to go through the locker room, then she closes the door, shows and tells everything, just an example to follow.
• We also came to work out a group lesson with coach Irina, and as I understand it, the owner of this institution. The pace of the lesson was a little unclear, the children did exercises in different ways, few people were corrected. One group did not have time to leave the pool, the second one was already standing. We were not very satisfied with this activity. Although, as a managing person, there are no questions for her, she copes by 1000% and does everything to improve her center and make it as comfortable as possible for mom and their kids
In general, the impression of the Mamalysh center is good, and I would advise you to come here, but I would really like to see minor flaws corrected.

We have been visiting the Mamalysh Family Wellness Center for more than a year. A modern, cozy center, where the child goes with pleasure, from the age of 7 months! A clean, tidy center where you can not worry about the quality of the water in the pool, for me this is one of their important criteria when choosing a pool! The coaches are professionals in their field, in particular Irina Vladimirovna, Anastasia, Elizabeth are focused on results, at 7 months the child was already diving with pleasure, without tears and screams! In addition to classes "in the water", a lot of work is carried out "on land", in particular, thematic events for children are organized, where not only children have fun, but also adults, plunging into childhood! Every event is thought out to the smallest detail! That's what the center likes, because it's diverse, and it's not just limited to activities in the water! And the most important thing is that the child walks with pleasure! This is the most important indicator - the desire of the child and the pleasure he gets from playing in the pool!

A wonderful pool for a kid. Yes, it is not easy to choose the time so that the session coincides with the child's wakefulness, but we were lucky. Coach Anastasia treats children with warmth and care and they feel it. Unfortunately, we have had to stop studying for now, but we will grow up and come back. If you help, then only from the pure heart. This is the second time we have come to the wonderful Mom Baby center to see a wonderful specialist Natalia Sergeevna. I don't know how many adjectives you can find for the work she does. Sensitive, competent. Thanks to her, the child has learned to crawl. The experience she gives us as parents is invaluable.
Administrators always politely communicate with clients, select the optimal time for classes, taking into account the wishes (if there are any discrepancies in the time for the child's sleep).
The center is always clean and tidy. At the entrance, there is a place for strollers, which is very convenient when you arrive without a car.
There is a storage space in the room. There is a dry pool, a slide to entertain children.

The eldest son has been attending the Mamalysh center since its foundation, the youngest since 2 months. Despite the fact that we live in the station area and next door to us is a sports complex with a swimming pool, I choose the best conditions for my kids to develop, so I take them to another part of the city, to my beloved Mamalysh.
My children are engaged in the pool in a group and individually, attended massage + physical therapy — and everything is ON TOP! There is no service of this level and quality anywhere in our city! At the end of each group session, the children warm up in a salt sauna, increasing their immunity.
I would also like to note that the center has classes with a hydro-rehabilitologist for children with special needs, and not so long ago Voita therapy also appeared. It's great that now in Vitebsk there is an opportunity for special children to undergo rehabilitation, which is not inferior to foreign centers and is many times cheaper.
I thank the head of the center, I.V. Nikitina, for such a wonderful center for kids. Thank you for your care and patience, for your creativity and love for each little pupil. May your heart always be filled with happiness, and may your great work bring light and warmth to the lives of many families. I wish you boundless energy, new ideas and health for many years to come.

A great center.
We have been going there with our son since 3 months.
The facilities are excellent for both mom and baby. We went to individual sessions with coach Irina , and then joined a group with the same coach. What I want to say about the coach is a person who treats the child with such awe and attention, and this is not a little important. He will always answer all your questions, give competent advice, always goes to a meeting. The girls at the reception are friendly and friendly. And the most important thing is that the pool is always clean and after the pool, as a client, you can visit the sauna for free, a small and pleasant bonus for mom and baby.
It is clear that the management is interested not only in the comfortable stay of the baby in the center, but also of the mother.

We went to this center with our eldest daughter to the pool, and therefore I had no doubt that we would only go here with the second child. At first, it was decided to take a massage course. There were no comments from specialists on the child, but I understand the benefits.

For the first time, Mamalysh learned about the center while pregnant with her second child (in the fall of 2023). It turns out that this is the only one!!! a place in the city where aqua aerobics, a sauna, and even theoretical and practical classes on preparing for childbirth are organized for expectant mothers. (I visited everything during pregnancy). She went to the hospital fully armed: omniscient, calm and beautiful. Thank you very much to Irina for organizing such leisure activities for pregnant women))). I came and just fell in love with everything. Now my youngest son is 7 months old and we have been enjoying visiting the pool since we were 3 months old. In the summer, we took individual classes with coach Olga Goroshkova, and I can't help but thank you for your sensitive, attentive and truly professional attitude to my child and to work in general. Now we are attending group classes with Irina Nikitina. Thank you so much for the AEROBATICS. The child enjoys studying and, believe me, many of the baby's skills do not appear without the help of the Center's employees.

We attended a massage at this institution, and planned to go to the pool as well.
Customer focus -0. Service -0.
No one informed about the terms of payment during the recording, they did not tell about the conditions. I found out what to take with me for a massage and about the documents myself.
As it turned out, payment is made in advance or 50%, or immediately in full, but no one informs that there is no refund.
Upon arrival at the center, it is not clear why I took the documents. Elementary, no one even asked for the last name.
There is nowhere to undress a 5-month-old child. On a narrow bench around a dry pool - sorry, but this is not a place to undress when the child is spinning at full speed, but not yet sitting.
The massage itself went well. There are no questions for Natalia Sergeevna.
A question to the employees of the center - and since when has it become the norm to discuss clients?
During a massage, a swimming coach comes in and begins: "Natasha, figure it out ...." the coach discusses that a mother and a child of one and a half years old, they say where these young mothers look, the child is not socialized.
Even so, who gives the right to discuss, especially in the presence of other visitors.
Moreover, as it turned out, the washing of bones occurs in a family way. A friend visited the pool with her daughter and, in fact, it was with her that the coach tried to conduct a dialogue in this way.
Also, no one, except Natalia Sergeevna, gave information about the schedule of classes.
The moment with the processing of toys is confusing - it is not noticeable at close range that toys are put aside after classes for subsequent processing. In the gym where the gymnastics class takes place, the toys are put on the shelf where they stood.
In general, it is somehow strange that a sanitary certificate is not needed in the pool where infant swimming takes place.
The most interesting thing began when it was decided not to attend anymore and there were 2 paid classes left.
A couple of days before, when asked about a refund, it was said that it was not provided and there was an account freeze or transfer to another service.
Today, I categorically said that this option is not suitable and we will not continue to visit.
She also asked about the contract for the provision of services. As it turned out, the center has a public offer agreement. This has not been mentioned anywhere before. Of course, I could not get acquainted with the contract.
But still the money was returned. But only in cash. Although, according to the law, they had to return it to the card in the same way. It is strange that they require to be present in person , but then why did no one ask me at the massage or not? With such success, anyone could visit the center instead of me.
We agreed that a friend took the money, but under my "receipt" in Viber.
In general, it is very interesting with a refund, they returned it to me - there is no friend. Although they paid extra and instead of a refund, they offered another lesson in the pool and not even for the cost they overpaid, some of it was simply donated.
The desire to visit this center has definitely disappeared.
Maximum disappointment.

We really like the pool and coach Anastasia, the child goes to classes with pleasure. Also, there are no complaints about the work of the girls at the reception, they are always friendly and welcoming)
But the administration is absolutely not familiar with the concept of customer orientation and service!!!(
They are constantly rescheduling classes on their initiative and for no good reason (the coach left - they were not given a replacement, they celebrated their birthday - they canceled all clients who were engaged on that day).
30% of all our training sessions were postponed!
They come up with strict rules themselves, but they do not follow them themselves…
For example, they came up with a rule that two parents of a child cannot be in an individual lesson at the same time (a reasonable reason was not reported), and also talk loudly, while the owner of the center Irina herself communicates so loudly with the parents of the second child, who is engaged in parallel with mine in the same pool, that my child is constantly distracted from the lesson. I'm already silent about 2 simultaneously engaged children in the pool! This is not warned at the conclusion of the contract, but put in front of the fact when classes have already begun.
The technician cleans up in the pool when there is a workout, and in the locker room - when people change clothes. The floor is slippery after such cleaning and it is impossible to walk on it normally. There is so much water in the locker room that socks then need to be dried with a hairdryer…
Disinfection of shower cabins was carried out 2 times in our presence, which is unacceptable according to sanitary standards, such work should be carried out at the end of the working day!
At the same time, payment is required strongly in advance, they start to remind you about the payment for services for the next month already on the 18th of the previous month!
There is only 1 hair dryer in the pool, which you need to ask the administrator every time. There is no hair dryer in the public domain.
The company rents out an area for a coffee machine, making a profit here, but there is not a single cooler with water for children. According to the head, children under 10 do not need drinking water…Maximizing profits while minimizing costs!))
In a chat created to discuss changes in the operation of the pool, various services are advertised endlessly. I asked not to send spam, but my request was ignored(
Instead of listening to the comments of customers and improving the service, the hostess immediately expels "inconvenient" customers to her. So it happened with us, we were simply confronted with the fact that the contract was terminated))
Every day Irina came up with and sent us new reasons for which she "terminated" the contract, the person could not decide))
As a result, I stopped at the reason that the coach will no longer work with children of our age.
After a basic check, it turned out that this was a lie! Irina herself deceives customers, and also asks her employees to blatantly lie! And they lie for fear of losing their jobs.
The fact that such termination of the contract is illegal does not bother Irina))
Draw conclusions: Irina may not like you and the contract will be terminated with you, unilaterally and on the basis of which there is not a word in the contract))
During all the time of our disagreements, Irina never contacted on her own behalf, she conducted communication on behalf of the administrator))
The child had previously been engaged in different pools, but I have not yet met such disrespect for clients from the management!((

An excellent, new modern center in our city. All necessary conditions have been created for children. There is a slide where parents can safely change clothes, and children will be climbing. In addition to swimming, you can visit various areas in the center that are relevant from small to adult: speech therapist, massage, mini garden, aqua aerobics, courses for pregnant women, free swimming. The most important direction is swimming. The youngest visitors are from 0+ and up to 12 years old.The coach teaches kids according to the method of conscious diving, thanks to which the child learns gently, without tears and "violent" dives, i.e. the child decides for himself when he dives, how deep and how much he swims under the dive. And what is not less important, the pool is equipped with the latest cleaning systems, where the water is clear and clean, and after visiting you do not smell thermally bleach.Upon arriving at the center, you will be greeted by polite and courteous staff at the reception.We love our Mamalysh with all our hearts-this is a place that we want to return to again and again.
