When asked about an alternative method of brewing coffee, the barista started asking about milk. Establishment = coffee shop, but the barista has no knowledge of coffee. The incompetence of the staff was amazing, so I'm unlikely to return, but the atmosphere is nice. I think it's the best thing for kids.
