Great new hotel. Bright and unusual design, extremely friendly staff. There is a special atmosphere that is very different from the standard chain hotels.
There is a swimming pool, but the salt room is there only until lunch.
You can take a package with three meals a day. The food is all on the menu and very tasty.
The location of the hotel is generally convenient, it's a long way to the metro.
It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to Burj Khalifa.

Dubai's new trendy destination, gaining momentum. Gipper takes care of you throughout your stay at the hotel.
For people who like to find fault with the quality of repairs, they will also like it, there are flaws :))
But everything is great and the main thing is to use it while it is still available in the price category (it will definitely be more expensive later).
The restaurant has live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
About the hotel itself - if transport is available, then mostly taxis (30 minutes walk from the metro), buses are nearby, but there is no timetable and you can wait a very long time. There is a transfer to the Dubai mall and the beach. Swimming pool area: 1 pool up to 1 meter, 1 deep (children are not allowed there, in winter it is the warmest and sunniest pool), 1 bar pool, 1 children's pool - the water is cool, plus it is a separate children's area. *in winter, the pool is cool, a small piece of sun and strong wind are available (in summer it will be more of a plus of the hotel)
The cinema area has been made - as I understand it, film screenings are planned in the future.
The rooms are small, but bright, clean, cozy, and fashionable. Bathrobes, towels are a love, they are so soft, you want to take them with you (you can do this, they are available for purchase downstairs, it's a pity they don't sell bath towels, only beach towels, and bathrobes are available, as well as a number of souvenirs from the hotel). Also in the room: coffee machine with capsules, tea, water; plasma TV with channels, Internet connection... Toothbrushes and other items are available on request.
The gym has recently become the most comfortable gym in terms of air conditioning and equipment operation.
On food: the breakfast table doesn't seem big, but it's delicious.: cheeses, red fish, greens, mixed salads, vegetables, fruits and fruit salad, bacon (the one that is real bacon from piggy, not Turkish), sausages, scrambles, eggs - which you can cook yourself until you need to or order from the waiters, delicious muffins, juices, water and so on A juicer where you can make your own freshly squeezed juice.
We had dinner included, dinner on the menu, we tried almost all the dishes. Everything is delicious. There are 3 dishes to choose from: appetizer, main course, dessert (drinks - extra charge). In principle, you can overeat with a snack already. The cheesecake is delicious.
The staff once again: gippy care from all sides and always!
Denis, a Russian-speaking employee, turns out to be next to you, like the "two from the box" you just have to think about.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2025.
We took a room with breakfast and dinner included. There is a buffet breakfast. Dinner is always the same according to the menu, some dishes are available for an additional fee, including water.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym.
There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and back, and to the beach.
The staff is polite.
But there is one main disadvantage for which I take off the star, it is the decoration of the upper floors of the hotel. And since we were accommodated on the 11th floor, there was a renovation above us, which started every day at 6 a.m.... Not only was it every day, but sometimes it smelled like paint all over the room...It's not pleasant because you're coming to relax, not to listen to the sounds of repairs from above.
