They say on the phone, come, we'll fix everything, and when I arrived from the other side of the city, the ladies at the reception wonder why I came if such a tool is not being repaired. They say that there are no spare parts, without even looking at the model of the device. Although Wildberries has plenty of spare parts for this compressor.

When handing over a chainsaw under warranty (warranty of 2 years for the product) purchased in the 21st century and specifying a description of the malfunction, (there is no spark from the ignition coil) they remove the exhaust pipe casing of the chainsaw, and noticing scratches (bullies) on the piston, they remove it from the warranty so as not to eliminate the malfunction specified in the warranty certificate, while not even fixing the muffler casing itself (having lost the fastening bolt), they send it to the customer. The conclusion of the service center: "Removal of the piston group defect from the warranty. The use of a low-quality fuel mixture." Any consumer can find himself in such a situation and be left with nothing - a guarantee at his own expense. In my opinion, the company "Horns and Hooves" and the specialists are recruited according to the ad.

I was repairing a turbine from a professional vacuum cleaner, they promised that they would fix it in a couple of days. As a result, during the week there was no hearing or spirit from them. It is almost impossible to get through to yourself, the dial goes on for half an hour, then the manager picks up, promises to find out everything and call back and disappears, respectively, without even thinking to call back. I have to call myself again for half an hour. We were "fed breakfast" for 2 weeks, they said that they had already put it to work and everything would be ready soon. The manager stupidly lied that they had already rewound the motor winding, and they needed to wait until the varnish dried, check its operability and be able to transfer it to the pick-up point. As a result, they said they couldn't fix it, they say, come pick it up if you need it. I passed it on Independence and I need to go to the countryside to pick it up. When I picked it up, I had to wait another 1 hour for the manager to deign to deal with my question, although there was no queue. And the question is for 2 minutes, just give me back my thing, which they had on the shelf and I showed them that they say here is my turbine. When I took it away, it was clear that no one had even looked at it or diagnosed it.
In short, I highly recommend this service if you do not want to lose your time, nerves and money (I have a downtime for 2 weeks because of them, since the turbine is used in a vacuum cleaner for cleaning upholstered furniture, which I work with)
PS Took the turbine and brought it to another service on the same day, on the recommendation of a friend They diagnosed it right in front of me and I picked it up a day later.
