The "veterinarian's" failure to provide a proper diagnosis and effective treatment demonstrated an absence of professionalism and resulted in a severe decline in the animal's health. Specifically, an incorrectly prescribed antibiotic, given without knowledge of the animal's underlying health issue (later diagnosed elsewhere), exacerbated the condition to the point of no recovery.

I do not recommend it! The veterinarian refused to treat the sick dog! Because he is tired of questions about the cost of treatment! For understanding: the volunteer organized the transportation and wanted to transfer the money with the person who took the dog to this clinic, and asked the employee of this clinic how much money should be transferred for initial examinations. To which the clinic employee replied in a rude way that he would not engage in this treatment and that "he was tired of the same questions."
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRUSTING ANIMALS. TOTAL INDIFFERENCE

We found a dog with a paw injury. They called several times to clarify the cost, because they were collecting money for treatment on social networks. On the last call, the guy from the clinic told us, "you've been asking about the cost for so many days, find another clinic." It is not known how an employee of a veterinary clinic can be so inhumane. I wish there were fewer such people. In fact, the vet clinic did not accept a dying animal!

I do not advise anyone to go to this clinic, the mess, unsanitary conditions, are sharpened for maximum cash extraction in a minimum period of time.
1. The office is very dirty, there are drops of blood on the floor, it smells like urine.
2. Right in the office, visitors give cash to the doctor in their hands. Cash receipts are not given when paying at the checkout.
3. No records are kept, oral recommendations (even if it is a list of tablets with dosages), a card with records of manipulations on an animal is not started
4. The doctor is simultaneously trying to work on several animals at once, that is, a doctor, an assistant, two animals and at least two owners are crammed into the office.
5. Vaccination is done without prior examination, the temperature is not measured. The injection is given on the street in front of the entrance to the clinic.
6. When using the X-ray machine, the door to the corridor is open, the whole queue receives a dose.
I wish the clinic to take over its head and conduct business as a medical institution, not a dirty eatery.

The only place in Yerevan where a veterinarian agreed to ultrasound my dog's teeth without anesthesia! Before that, they called all the clinics. My dog is very calm, she doesn't need anesthesia. In addition, after heart attacks, anesthesia is prohibited for her, especially for the sake of brushing her teeth. The doctor trusted us and did not regret it, the dog behaved perfectly. Thank you for meeting me halfway.
