We had a vacation with a friend in August 2023. I really liked the guest house and the place where it is located. Quiet, calm, spacious, cozy. I didn't want to leave.
The rooms are good, there is everything you need, comfortable beds, air conditioning. And most importantly - what kind of views from the window. The sea is very close, everything is simple, but very sincere. In the evenings, we watched the sunsets as if mesmerized, and the view of them here is what you need. Cows and horses come to the beach, wonderful dogs in the house that accompany them to the beach and for walks, green territory, flowers bloom.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, a lot of space where to sit at the tables, so it will be comfortable with other guests. Sukhum and the sights are not far away, we went somewhere every day.
I would like to thank Julia and Pasha for their hospitality and wish prosperity to your home.

We had a family vacation here in October'22. I really liked this place! The beach itself is clean and deserted, they fell asleep to the sound of the sea, horses and cows grazed near the house during the day, an ideal place for an introvert, and the house territory is huge, such space!
We lived in a room on the second floor, we had everything for a comfortable stay: a large double bed and one and a half, clean bed linen, towels, a wardrobe with hangers, a table, there was always hot water and very good Internet! The kitchen is shared (there are on the street and at home), all necessary utensils are available. There is also a barbecue area.
A 20-minute drive from Malibu there are hot springs, we went there in the morning, we really liked it (entrance is 300 rubles per adult, children without payment, time is unlimited).
The owners of the mini-hotel Pavel and Julia are friendly and hospitable, they suggested interesting routes and places in Abkhazia.
We are very glad that we spent our vacation in such a quiet and cozy place, it was so sad to return to the city. We will definitely come back here again!

The place is super, the owners are nice people, comfortable transfer, the room has everything you need, parking in a protected area, lots of flowers, there is a place for cooking. Quiet , 1 min to the sea .walking distance, the beach is clean.

A quiet, cozy place. It's a wonderful setting. Comfortable rooms , space))) fresh air, clean sea as there are no hotels and city communications .....well, you understand)) it's no secret that everything merges into the sea)) and it's cool here) so come, you can relax all year round. We went in January , swam at the hot springs .. there are several of them

I really liked everything) vacation is, of course, a little magical time when everything is easy and pleasant, but here it seems to me that it shone with new colors)
Many thanks to Pavel and Yulia for the warm welcome, the atmosphere is super - very friendly.
The facilities have everything you need: fast Internet, warm water, shower and toilet in each room, air conditioning. There is also a room with a TV (you can look at something on the kinopoisk). The kitchen is on the street, there are enough comforts, we did not jostle with other guests. There is enough space in the refrigerator.
The great advantage is a rather secluded beach and remoteness from the city, you will fall asleep to the sound of the sea.
There is also a disadvantage, it is advisable to come by car, otherwise it is difficult to get out and the road at the entrance is not very good, but it is driven in 5 minutes.
And a beach with pebbles, buy swimming boots and it will be super!
I really liked it, I'll come again!
And you can also cuddle very cute dogs, a cat and meet cows and horses on the street!

We rested in this magnificent place 2 times (June and September of the 21st year). We were absolutely delighted! Very cozy and clean rooms, swings and hammocks for relaxing on the territory of the guest house. Responsive and kind hosts who will feed you deliciously, and tell you where you can go for a walk, and even take you to places where there are no tourists and only locals know them. The sea is just behind the gate and the deserted beach!!! In June, my husband and I were alone on the whole beach (as far as the eye can see). The sea is full of pebbles, but you can go in safely. The water is clean, because there are no residential buildings and hotels nearby! In September, plankton was observed at night, like a starry sky in water. The beauty is extraordinary.

There were two times in 2022, 2023. We're going again!!! Great place!!! Excellent pleasant owners of the hotel Yulechka and Pasha!!! We rest our soul and body! Few people, quiet evenings! There are not many rooms. The rooms have everything you need. The kitchen is shared. The sea is behind the gate. The unity of nature and man. There are animals dogs, cats!!! There is a barbecue area. Hammocks, deck chairs. Thanks! Look forward to visiting in 2024!!!

Hello. We had a family vacation in July 2022 . We are very lucky to have found this place, very nice and friendly hosts and very friendly and pleasant guests. We miss everyone very much, we hope that we will meet everyone this season. We found what we 've been looking for for a long time . A deserted place, a deserted beach, nature. A quiet, peaceful place. Well, that's all in general. Now I'll try to get more details, although I still can't describe everything.
1) the location of the house, the sea is 20 seconds walk from the gate.
2) the rooms are comfortable, there is a shower , air conditioning, Internet. Most importantly, there is no TV.
3) the guest house is not big, there are not many people.
4) garden
5) friendly furry bros , dogs and a cat.
Now what I want to advise .
1) you need a car, because in order to move around Abkhazia, you just need it.
2) the nearest apacha is 10 minutes by car, the store is the same.
3) hydrogen sulfide geyser "Kandyg", about 30 minutes by car.
4) 70 km away there are radon springs with baths, which put me on my feet lame.
5) almost every village accepts a map of the WORLD.
