Something is constantly broken. Then GBT charging does not charge at all, then one unit is broken, and charging goes only up to 30 kW, instead of 50.

I understand that you are monopolists, and people have no choice but to charge or not to charge, and suffer. But in four years of operation of the electric car, if it were not for its own outlet in the garage, then with such a charge I would have moved back to the internal combustion engine a long time ago.
