I am a patient of your institution and am registered for a cardiological disease. After contacting the ambulance, I was recommended to undergo an examination using Holter monitoring. However, for several days now I have not been able to make an appointment for this examination and take a ticket. Nurse Saltanat informed me that there is no record yet and it usually opens on the 1st of the month. Doctor Manshuk Abdigalievna and nurse Assel used to work at our site, who always treated each patient carefully and responsibly. Unfortunately, they quit, and now only doctor Aigerim Shynzhanovna and nurse Saltanat remain at the two stations. I would like to note that Aigerim Shynzhanovna is a very competent and attentive specialist, however, obviously, one doctor is not enough for such a large number of patients. Taking into account my condition and medical indications, I ask YOU to assist in the speedy completion of Holter monitoring and the organization of a more accessible record for such examinations.
