I recommend trying katmer here. Its amazing, though not that cheap.

It is located next to the Museum of Modern Art and Galata port, view 7/10 (you can see the Bosphorus a little, the museum has an area); the dishes are delicious, which is what the rating is for, but the price is too high (breakfast for 1 person is 875,000 lira per person, not per dish); if taken separately, then +- the same amount (meneme is our shakshuka - 330 tour lira, omelet with potatoes 290; tea 55; coffee 175 tour) For me, the price / quality was unjustified, the staff was polite, clean, but they gave me a napkin at the end of breakfast, not at the beginning
