There are no questions about the production of Makey itself. I have been a regular customer for several years.
But this particular store has terrible service. I didn't enjoy being here. The seller simply did not say hello, did not offer help. She sat there and continued to do her own thing.
When I asked questions, she didn't have information about which leather and which colors a particular bag model was made in. She also refused to check where else to look.
When paying, she casually drank an energy drink.
She didn't give me an anther, but just put it in a shopping bag, saying that it was an anther and a 2in1 package.
I am happy with the bag, but the purchase process has overshadowed my impressions.
I ask you to check the seller for competence in the work.

There was an unpleasant situation when buying the product! The seller stated that we had not paid for the goods, although this was completely wrong, we put down a 20-ruble bill (the goods cost 11), the seller stated that there was no money. She pointedly started counting the cash register, saying, look, everything matches, you didn't give me the money. She was rude, she rolled her eyes! Although no one argued with her. As a result, the whole circus had to be stopped, but we bought the goods anyway. We came home, counted the money in our wallet, and 20 rubles were really missing.
I hope she will spend this money on self-development, because you still need to try to find such a rude and ill-mannered lady!
