Pros : good location, very pleasant administrators. Everything is clean and tidy . The craftsmen know their job.
Cons: initially I went to one specific master, before a specific situation.I always recorded online and chose from the available slots. The master asked the administrator to call back several times and come earlier, as the time is too late.
I changed the master in the same studio . Such situations have not happened with the next master until now . I once again signed up for the procedure online at 9 a.m. (I chose from the available slots at the hairdresser) , and when the master came to the procedure, she was indignant at my appointment at 9 a.m. Moreover, the master managed to make a remark about my makeup.Question: why does the master put down a slot that is not convenient for him and expresses dissatisfaction with the client?

It is worth noting that the skill level of different specialists varies. Some craftsmen are really professionals in their field, such as Yana Nemchinovich, and her work deserves high praise. But there are also those who, unfortunately, did not meet expectations, for example, Tatiana Denisenko, did not cope with makeup or hairstyle, and reacts very sharply and unprofessionally to criticism, although it is appropriate and justified. Tatiana should be more friendly and learn from Yana to create a pleasant atmosphere and smooth out conflict situations.
In general, the beauty studio deserves attention, but, unfortunately, you may have to play the lottery with the master.

I've been to several masters several times. I'll start with the pros:
-Excellent location, hard not to find
-Pleasant interior, stylish minimalism
-The receptionists are mostly polite and offer tea/coffee
-They bring cool snacks (nuts and dried fruits)
-Cosmetics - I took a hand cream from Kazakevich, insanely pleasant and persistent, worth the money (they often ask what you use, such an unusual smell)
- Olga is a good cosmetologist! I plan to go only to her
But unfortunately there are also disadvantages:
-they do not do Japanese manicure (although few people do it in Grodno)
-I got a manicure from a not very good master, the gel came off in a couple of days, it was applied with a thick layer, the varnish did not dry off, I had to redo it. this really spoiled the impression, considering that the cost of manik is not small. Well, once they didn't offer tea / coffee - these are small things, but it was a shame for the manicure
