We turned to this "institution" about ultrasound of the kidneys. By calling the call center, we made an appointment for 15:30. We received confirmation by Whatsapp with the doctor's data. Arriving a little earlier, we turned to the reception to clarify the details, but the employee who was sitting there (consultant) and in fact, most likely the watchman, not only did not know anything about our record, but in principle could not connect two words in a conversation! And having gathered his courage, he began to ask strange questions, such as where do you work, etc. Without letting us see a specialist. Realizing that there would be no use from this employee, they contacted the call center through which they made an appointment for ultrasound, but the call center employees disappeared safely, asking them to wait, and promising to find out and contact us. Contrary to promises, there was no call from the operators. We contacted them several times, as a result, after sitting in the institution for an HOUR!!! we were asked to leave the premises, because the clinic is closing (despite the stated opening hours until 18 00 daily, and the time was 16 30). A child with diseased kidneys sat in the clinic for an HOUR, ultrasound was not done in the end!!! The result: LOST TIME, RAISED NERVES AND EMPTY TAXI COSTS. I will never recommend it to anyone!
