I was twice here. The first time I didn’t receive a burger in my takeout order. Unfortunately, I found out it only at home. The next time they literally forgot about me. I had to remind about myself after 20 minutes.
On the one hand, I don’t want to go there the third time. On the other hand, I think other branches work the same way, alas

The staff sucks, there is no communication style, I asked for 1 Americano and 1 cappuccino, they brought 2 Americanos, the manager stood with a funeral face, they don't speak Russian at all, it couldn't be worse, coffee about nothing

The cashiers don't know their own menu and talk very rudely. I stood in a mac car for 25 minutes in the morning, although there were only two cars in front of me. I don't understand Georgian well, but it even seems to me that she didn't censoriously swear slamming the window after accepting the order, although I communicated with her in English.
