As usual, I chose and booked a hotel on the Islet website. Initially, I had 5 hotels in the favorites category. But even then, I intuitively knew that I would choose the Maison Heritage hotel. And my intuition did not deceive me.
To begin with, the hotel has a very convenient location, it is located in the center of Yerevan. Nearby attractions such as the Cascade, the Opera and Ballet Theater. But it's also a quiet place.
The hotel itself is small, with only 3 floors and 13 rooms. Each of which is named after the historical capital of Armenia and is decorated with archival black-and-white photographs. I had a single room with a balcony on the 2nd floor of the Van. From the balcony, you could see the neighboring houses and a piece of the Cascade. The room is small and very cozy. There is everything necessary for living, including a refrigerator with a mini-bar, a kettle, and slippers. Cleaning (taking out the trash, changing towels) was carried out if you put up a sign asking you to clean the room. Therefore, if you are in the room, then no one will bother you.
Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for my comfortable stay at the Maison Heritage Hotel.
A great small hotel in the center of Yerevan. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a couple of days in October. At first we lived in a room on the ground floor, then, at our request, we were moved to the second floor, because in the morning we could hear conversations with the reception very well, and we are owls, we get up late. So, if you like to sleep longer, it's better to book on the second or third floor right away. The rooms are clean, bright, and fresh. The room has everything - a kettle, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a work desk. I definitely recommend the hotel!
A cozy hotel, nice administrators, heating and hot water are available, newly renovated, everything you need is there, the location is top, at the very foot of the cascade
