I was booked for a pedicure at Gagarin Main at 11:00. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service. Upon arrival at the salon, no one warned me about the delay — I had to find out the information myself. At first they told me to wait 2 minutes, then 10, and eventually at least 20 minutes of waiting. As it turned out, there were no empty seats at all, despite the pre-registration. I consider such an organization unacceptable. In salons of a similar price level, such situations are rare, but here it feels like customers are being done a favor. The premium service begins with the professional work of the administrators, which, unfortunately, is not available here. She left without waiting for the service. It's not the first time they've had such pads. There is definitely no desire to use the services of this network.

A wonderful salon,experienced craftsmen,courteous staff,administrators are always greeted with a smile,wonderful coffee with nuts,visit the salon on Gagarin 255.
