The airport is quite old, especially compared to LAX or other popular places. The configuration did not seem very convenient with long sectors. In the evening, most shops may be closed and the airport is dying out, so it can be quite boring for passengers with late departures

Somehow, the flight from Miami to Moscow was postponed for a couple of days and the flight got right on the birthday. I had to arrange salads, cakes and California wine on suitcases at Miami airport and run through cafes in search of a corkscrew (the wine, by the way, opened without a corkscrew). It was fun. Passing passengers smiled and congratulated. Thanks to this event, Miami Airport left good impressions and memories. Upon returning to Moscow, I had to celebrate my birthday again, because time had shifted.

The airport is somewhat illogical compared to Sheremetyevo. Duty free to passport control and a sterile area. Why is he needed there? People are eager to get to the waiting room as soon as possible, and there are three eateries and two small shops of booze and perfume, THAT's IT! The parking lot in front of the airport is packed to the fourth floor. It's a long way from the parking lot to the departure lounge. There is no point in arriving earlier than 3 hours, your flight will not be on the departure board. There are many departure halls for domestic flights, with automatic registration, this is not provided for foreign flights. If you do not speak English, it will be difficult to find a departure hall abroad, there are few information posters. There are few booths for border guards, especially on arrival flights. The queue is like at Magdonalds on Tverskaya Street immediately after opening in the 90s! In general, there is something to work on. And I did not expect Sheremetyevo to be much better!

First we checked in, then we stood in line at the gate for 40 minutes...and when we went there, they announced to us that we had to move to another exit...and the essence of the problem is that it was necessary to go back out, and spend another 40 minutes of time to go into another one! And duty free is a separate topic! When you enter your gate, there is minimal choice! You can buy something substantial when entering the airport, but they don't give it to you, but you get it before entering the plane. Okay, if it's candy and alcohol...and if it's an iPhone...and if the boarding gate is changed....of course, I do not advise you to leave your purchases on duty free!

The overall impression is definitely positive, great weather, clean beaches, beautiful ocean, delicious food.

The airport is not the best’ Business lounge was closed! Duty free is small and they give out purchases before boarding the plane. For a megacity like Miami, everything should be better. The worst airport I've ever been to. The use of technologies from one queue made 2. Result:3 Hours spent. There were even people with babies in the queue, there were no preferences for them. The friends who arrived the next day stayed for 4 hours. So, if you arrive at this airport, then be patient.

In the business lounge that serves flights to Russia, the service and assortment are zero. Cheap swill and a complete lack of proper food.
