It's a great place. 1 line. The sea is behind the fence gate.The guest house has 3 floors. The rooms are located on 2 and 3. In the room: air conditioning,TV, refrigerator,hair dryer, kettle.
All the amenities in the room. Dolphins arrange morning and evening passes, delighting children and adults. The sea is clean, the beach is pebbly. Special shoes are required to enter the sea. The hosts are friendly and helpful.The hotel is not in the center, but you can drive 10-15 minutes. There is little entertainment for children in this area of Sukhum, locals come to the beach on weekends, because the sea is very clean.
Sitting on the Sukhum - Moscow train, I already wanted to go back.

A small but very pleasant hotel in all respects. The sea is 20 meters away. The room is comfortable, the cleanliness is perfect, towels were changed every day. It is very tasty and homemade. The only drawback is that it is far from the center, it is better to come by car, there is convenient Parking. Very friendly and hospitable hostesses, special thanks for khachapuri.

We were in this house after renovation, for some reason the photos are old before renovation, we really liked everything, 5 steps from the sea, it was just magical, the sea is always clean in this area!the kitchen was wonderful, the hostess Elena cooked just super, whatever we wanted, the portions were huge and very tasty, the washing machine without questions, etc!!!I definitely recommend it!there is a parking place for a car!The market is a 10-minute walk away!The market is a separate song!You can walk on it for hours!what is not there !

The owners changed in 2022, as we were told. We booked at the Booking office, the floor was not specified in the description, as a result, upon arrival we found out that our room is on the 3rd floor. The stairs are steep and uncomfortable. No one cleans or changes the bed and towels until you ask. There are several rooms on the 3rd floor. Ours was a 2-seater with a small balcony on the side of the house. The room has a mini fridge, 2 double beds, 1 bedside table, a small round table, a wardrobe. In the photo in the description, then I saw a chair, asked, and was given. On the balcony, if you sit, then with your back to the sea, because of the location of the door, the width of the balcony is the width of the chair. The hosts are friendly and hospitable, but you have to ask for everything, which is not very convenient. There is no kitchen as such, there is a long wooden dining table on the 1st floor, if several families sit down to lunch, it is inconvenient to go out. There is no separate table for cooking, the sink is only with cold water on the other side, located low, just laid out of tiles, the back gets tired when you wash the dishes. There is a 4-comfort stove, where only 1 electric stove works, the rest of the gas ones do not work. The dishes were on the table, there was not enough for everyone, if someone else was eating, they had to ask the owners. There are no kitchen cupboards with dishes. 1 frying pan and 1 saucepan for 6 rooms and 1 electric kettle. before we left, we put a plastic chest of drawers under the dishes, it became more comfortable.
It is suitable for those who will eat in a cafe. The food had to be kept in the closet in the room, loaded into bags and dragged down, cooked and then dragged back. The hosts sometimes treated us to something, as they even prepared a free dinner with national dishes for everyone. Some things can be ordered from the hosts, cooked and served. We took khachapuri round, cheaper than in a cafe. In general, see for yourself, for us such a kitchen is not comfortable and inconvenient. The owners give sun beds, but they must be taken out and brought back from the beach every time. The sea is across the road, there are few people. There were jellyfish for a couple of days at the end of June, it brought garbage, branches, bark, but then it became clean.

I started a correspondence on booking in early May 2021. I found a contact in Moscow (Lera), she dropped off a number for communication in Abkhazia (Shurena). We started a correspondence on WhatsApp, specifically wrote the check-in days from June 26 to July 8, booked rooms, I dropped the prepayment. On June 25, we left for Abkhazia, wrote from the train - we are going to you, we are waiting for the answer! We arrived at this house and it started, those who follow him were very surprised that we arrived, began to find out. As always, all these ... hot bloods - it's not our fault, it just so happened, they started offering us a chicken coop in the truest sense of the word. Of course, this did not suit us, the situation was heating up, it was not our fault.. at some point, the Wife began filming what was happening when Shuren arrived. Who is watching the house, a 60-year-old woman and her daughter or... in general, the woman grabbed the phone screaming - delete the video and then it all started. I started trying to pick up the phone, she started screaming, the phone was eventually taken away, Shuren closed all the doors and the yard too, threats went out. A couple of minutes later, the first batch arrived ... (the monkeys) began to ask to go out into the yard to talk like men, after 5 minutes the crowd arrived and then indiscriminately began to beat one by one. I barely escaped from the house to the beach, there was no place to wait for help. In general, it is a great shame that in this situation they did nothing, they did not even acknowledge the fact that there is correspondence with dates, moreover, they began to threaten, the child began to have hysterics, my nose bled, I got hit on the head and body, my wife somehow got around... It's called Friendliness, the animals are wild and gregarious! I regret that I did not have a vending machine at hand...
