Excellent hotel, cozy and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are new, the beds are comfortable. The shower is also great. There was a view from the window to the courtyard, but it did not affect the rest in any way. Breakfast is not very varied, but everything is always fresh, I didn't get tired of it in a week. The location is good, tram and metro are within a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of cafes and good shops around. A spontaneous market for locals opens nearby on Thursdays. I will come to Istanbul next time, I will stay here again.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms
Super for this price!
The breakfasts are also good, the staff is very helpful and nice, there are even Russian speakers.
The impression was good
The area is really very similar to the "ghetto", but all the sights and shops/restaurants were within walking distance.
We will definitely come back!

The hotel is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are compact, clean, and everything worked. The staff is friendly, especially Ali. Of the disadvantages, there was no cleaning in 5 days and they didn't even take out the trash once. The breakfasts are very modest.It'll do for an overnight stay.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, the location is convenient, but there are many BUTS!the first is room cleaning, it hasn't been done once in 5 days,it's very strange for me, I even had to ask for toilet paper myself.The second is breakfast, a very small selection, in fact only boiled eggs,cereal with milk,two types of cheese and sausages in tomatoes, but after all Even eggs can be used to make at least three different breakfasts.the third and biggest disappointment was the tour bought at the hotel reception, not only was one time indicated, but we were picked up an hour later and no one could explain anything, but we had a birthday party planned along the night Bosphorus, a Luxury program (in fact, it's just a beautiful name, everything else is like and on any other ship)and plus, we bought unlimited alcohol separately, we specifically clarified about the unlimited limit, but once we were on the ship and took two glasses of wine, our unlimited limit ended.managers came and the "main" representatives called, even tried to yell at us with a choice obscenity,that all the questions were for the hotel, and the hotel, in turn, said that it had nothing to do with it, that it was just an advertisement that they were selling and taking the money themselves!the issue was not resolved on either side, all that the hotel did, in 30 minutes of swearing, was a refund of $ 10, a very unpleasant aftertaste, it's definitely not worth taking excursions from them!!!

A good hotel for your money, the only thing is that the neighborhood is not very clean. Everything else is super, the rooms are clean and the staff is courteous. The breakfasts are the same, but they are well-fed and very decent for the money (considering that local establishments in Istanbul are tasteless and expensive). I recommend.

The hotel is small, overall, not bad. Of course, the location is unfortunate, you leave the hotel as if you were going to a market. Yes, not far from the center. A good hotel, near the tram stop and metro station, 10 min walk to the embankment, all the sights are within walking distance. The rooms are small but comfortable, good breakfast, you will not stay hungry. If you walk all the time and come to spend the night, but the hotel is quite suitable for this. I was satisfied with everything in this hotel, a nice clean room, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, gel, the conditioner worked. The window overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet. The breakfasts are Turkish, but there are a lot of things. It was enough until about 15 o'clock for sure). Keep in mind that the hotel is located on Laleli practically, so there is a lot of trade and dirt, but dirt can be found in Istanbul anyway. Tram T1 is 10 minutes on foot, 10 minutes to the embankment, 15 minutes to the metro. I recommend it)

I really liked everything , it was clean , the room has everything a hair dryer , a kettle , tea and coffee were put every day , it takes 40 minutes to walk to the center , everything is within walking distance and if you buy, then everything is cheaper anywhere, ,

A great small city hotel: the room is clean, freshly renovated, everything works. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious, the food is always fresh. The staff was friendly and friendly, spoke English.
It's close to the tram stop, 10 minutes, but uphill, count your strength. The hotel itself is located in a shopping area, correspondingly dirty, the bazaar is a train station and that's all.
We stayed for 4 nights, overall we liked everything.
