Somewhere they write that the hotel is 4 stars, somewhere 3. Breakfast is completely poor, very little choice, mostly vegetables. The service is as bad as possible, in 5 days the workers have not done a single normal cleaning, the most they can do is take out the trash once every three days. The towels are torn, the water from the shower simply pours out of the shower area.

Advantages: electronic room keys, there is an elevator, an excellent observation deck, an authentic staircase, a huge magnolia tree in the city center.
Disadvantages: the rooms were good 2-3 years ago. The economic part is at zero. The lamps do not work, the cornices fall off, the taps flow, the legs of the luxury chairs are loose or broken. Cleaning is a separate article. The towel that was on the floor, in order to wipe your feet and hold back the leaking water from the shower, were simply hung on the dryer instead of being replaced.
The terrace is not cleaned at all. In 2 days, they never even took out the ashtray on it.
Breakfasts are a separate story. The only plus is khachapuri. It is better to look for a cafe where you will be pleased.
Four stars are screwed up.

The most terrible hotel in my memory! Dirty, (shown in the photo), the staff is disgusting! I asked to change the room, as it was smoky, they moved to another one after two hours, I stood and waited! Then, I came to the room and collected the trash on the floor and near the bed, also marked in the photo! Then I discovered that there was no cold water! I went down to the reception with a request to make a call, as I couldn't make a call, the phone cord is missing from the room! I came back from an excursion in the evening, and the water wasn't done! I swam with the girls in another room! In the evening, we went up to the room with a scandal and made water! They offered champagne as an apology, but at the same time they made me look like an idiot, saying, "I should have skipped the water"! As if I hadn't done it!
In general, the photo shows what this hotel is like, I'm already silent about the meager breakfasts with paper sausage ...! Dirty, disgusting attitude and very expensive, you can't even give the hotel one star! Do not spoil your vacation and do not book this hotel!
PS. I came with the band on my tour, and everyone has terrible numbers! I know a lot of hotels in Georgia, so there is something to compare it with.

After the first breakfast, I didn't walk anymore. A typical Turkish buffet. I don't like that.
The hotel staff is very nice and polite. The room was cleaned every day

A good inexpensive hotel located in a detached building in the central part of the city. The view from the window and from the terrace was pleasant, the room has a safe, sufficient lighting, a comfortable bed. The young people at the reception were ready to help, the reception desk is really around the clock. Breakfast is hardly great, but its very availability at a low price (in March) was perceived as a bonus. The place is safe and quite pleasant.

We booked this hotel through booking. There's a description and a photo. But in fact, neither the photo nor the description is true. Dirty rooms, sunken mattresses. The beds are not the same as in the room description. We booked a room with two "very" large beds, but in fact there was 1 bed and a cot!!!! It also says that there is a shower, a bathtub, and a bidet, but in fact only a shower. There are no bathrobes, although there are bathrobes in the description. Terrible hotel!!!!! Don't get fooled by the description!!!! I just had to run away from this hotel.

People, please don't get fooled by this hotel. They called us and told us on the day of arrival that the water was turned off and that we should not come to them. And then, miraculously, we were charged a fine from the card. To reports that they asked to cancel it, they say that booking withdrew the money, but we all understand perfectly well that the money goes to the hotel. In general, if you do not want to get caught by scammers who will spoil your vacation and also take your money, choose another hotel. And we, in turn, will do everything to cover up their scheme.

Good location, close to the central street, attentive staff. Gazebos on the roof are something fantastic. There are breakfasts (a rarity for hotels in Tbilisi).

We lived on the top floor (attic), the room is cozy. At the first call, we were provided with bathrobes, an extra blanket and tea. The breakfasts are hearty. The hotel has a rooftop balcony with views of the entire city.
