We had a rest at the Magnolia Guest house in Abkhazia in October 2023. The hosts were friendly, met and then escorted to the train. The room corresponds to the described one, there is everything you need,:three beds, refrigerator, TV, toilet in the room, hot and cold water all the time. shared kitchen, landscaped area. There is a central market next to the guest house, a beautiful dining room "Elbrus", the sea and the embankment are not very close, but this did not upset us. We recommend this place to relax.
