Before writing it down, I consulted several times. I signed up for an MRI scan of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, and they recorded it at a discount. When asked if the MRI of each department can be recorded on a separate disc, "yes, of course you can, tell me at the center." As it turned out in fact, it is impossible. I agreed to pay the full cost, they said it was possible, but if I went through two departments on the day I arrived, and the third department on another day. I expected to complete everything in one day. When asked why the Call Center does not provide the correct information, the answer is "they do not know all the details," so maybe the Call Center staff should be taught so that there would be no more such misunderstandings.
Very polite staff. Specialists are high-level professionals. They work from early morning until late at night. Everything was explained in detail. I was very pleased with the attentive attitude towards the patient.
