Excellent sanatorium, staff 5,kitchen 5, room 4, but not critical, pool 5, treatment 5 balls,clean and cozy, no leisure if you don't come up with it yourself, we play tennis with our grandson, gym. There is a Volcano in Baranovichi, 5 balls. I go every year, and I will go there.

A good sanatry, but the medical base is outdated. Excellent cuisine, a special "thank you" for that. Everything is delicious and varied. The prices are affordable.
I take off one star for being in the city. There is a school, residential buildings and a kindergarten nearby. And also, I take off for outdated medical devices, which (according to the employees) it would be time to write off long ago.

We have been resting for several years, since 2007, sometimes twice a year. I have been treated in many sanatoriums even abroad, but I have not yet found a better mainline one. The food, the rooms, the staff and their work are at the highest level. Besides me, my friends from other countries have visited this sanatorium several times and they still do. I want to say it again about nutrition. People don't write nonsense. The food is excellent, full-fledged five times a day, better than any Turkey all inclusive. At the same time, a menu is given every day and you can choose for yourself what you will eat, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, afternoon tea and a second breakfast. Spa services are much cheaper than in Minsk. I am a Minsk resident, two or three times.

To be honest, our company was unpleasantly surprised. There are no special complaints about the New year, the food is good, the program is too. But!! The girl at the reception-Victoria Vyacheslavovna -is a nightmare. When guests ask something, she answers irritably (like, read, it says there), punching a check is a problem, she always has no time. And when asked to call a taxi, she replied that she DID NOT WANT to do this. Half of the rooms were cold (+16), the guests asked to be moved. The large pool was also cold. The procedures are done carelessly (pdm, stretching), it is impossible to agree on a transfer, although they have free time. Spinal traction is a serious procedure, you need to explain what's what, and not say, hang on, leave in 20 minutes, the clock on the wall,. Is this normal??? You can continue for a long time, but I would like to contact the administration of the sanatorium. If you are opening a New Year's booking, then you need to take care of the preparation of rooms (with full occupancy) in advance! Excuses about repairing the roof and an unheated pool are not an excuse. When guests come to you, they should receive high-quality treatments (note, for money, not for free!). And you need to have conversations with the staff about polite communication with customers!!! And with, magically boorish, Victoria Vyacheslavovna, separately!!!!

I am especially grateful to doctor Zhanna Stepanovna for her professional approach to vacationers. They cook very tasty in the dining room. I liked the sanatorium. There are many different types of treatment. Very good and high-quality food. I had a vacation in February, the prices for vouchers are very affordable. The resort fee is 5%. She lived in a single standard room, which had a small TV, a refrigerator in the table, an electric kettle, soap and toilet paper. Cleaning is regular, there was even one change of linen in 10 days (bedding, terry towels large and small, cotton diaper for procedures). One of the inconveniences for me personally is the endless stairs, the operating elevator is only in one of the buildings (and that sometimes did not work). In order to find the right office and not get lost in the passages and stairs, you need to have a good "navigator" in your head. Personally, I was unlucky with the main procedure, because of which I chose this sanatorium - this is underwater spinal traction. It is the simplest here, but getting into the bathtub and getting out of it is very risky: the steps are narrow, rare, the ladder is located strictly vertically, but the handrails are very thick, immense for women's hands. The procedure is released every other day (women's and men's days). Sunday is a day off. In general, there is no organization of this procedure.
The sanatorium is not designed for the treatment of patients with disabilities of the organs of movement.

The site is uninformative, outdated, it is difficult to find the necessary information, photos of all types of rooms are missing, and most importantly THERE is NO WAY to BOOK ROOMS. It is very difficult to get through. Messages are also rarely answered.

It's a great sanatorium, I'm resting here right now.
I am quite happy with my choice, I am still in the sanatorium and I really like it, it so happened that all my procedures are included in the price of the voucher, this is azonotherapy ( in Radon it costs 2500 Russian rubles) carboxoterpaia ( it was also 2500) massage , etc. Here all the food is delicious and abundantly fed. All the staff are very polite, very nice girls in the mud treatment department, thank them very much, smiling and friendly staff, which is very pleasing. Our doctor, Marina Evgenievna Tarasova, is very good and prescribes everything we ask according to indications. Thank her more.
The territory is huge and we walk and breathe Christmas trees in the evenings. It is quiet here, there is no fuss and there are no children's screams either.
I would advise everyone to go to this sanatorium.
The renovation inside is very good and the rooms are very cozy, clean, beautiful and cleaned daily.Only a little bit is not very good here, so this is a Fountain that is never turned on and it would be good to renovate and make the territory a little more interesting, but it almost ruined our vacation, because I get my treatment completely.
