I took Bukhara pilaf (with raisins), salad and tea. Everything is delicious and satisfying. The place is quite cozy, but it's not a restaurant, but a cafe for locals who come to eat good fresh pilaf. So if you want pilaf, come here! They understand Russian well.

We specially went to this cafe on the advice of local residents and did not regret it! The Bukhara pilaf turned out to be excellent, the serving was very fast, and the prices were pleasant. From the center of Bukhara, 30 minutes on foot or by taxi for 90 rubles in 10 minutes. It's worth it. The visitors are only local, which indicates the quality of the cuisine. We liked this pilaf more than in the famous Pilaf Center in Tashkent near the TV tower. Definitely, I recommend it!

Perhaps the best pilaf I've ever tasted to date.

It's a little empty at 11 a.m. From 11:30 people start walking. Mostly local ones are an indicator of quality for me. They usually feed their own well. It's clean inside. Two halls. They bring it very quickly. I took half of the pilaf. Tomatoes with onions. The waiter offered quail eggs - he took them, but did not understand the point of adding them to the pilaf. Pilaf is beautiful. The meat is soft. Not a lot of fat. The taste is sweet. Barberry and yellow carrots are plentiful. Very crumbly rice at the same time. Plus, there is no fried meat, light rice, moderate sunflower oil. Not heavy for the stomach. I recommend a visit. Come at 11-11:30. Just fresh pilaf and a lot of people still

The day before, I was in another vaunted "top" place in Bukhara, it was more expensive there and the evil one left because they put one fat, not meat, and they also cheated, they took 18,000 for 2 small pieces of kaza, then they took 2 times cheaper and put 4 pieces, so there they still had to approach and beg several times to come up and accept the order!
