Pilaf is beautiful. The meat is soft. Not a lot of fat. The taste is sweet. Barberry and yellow carrots are plentiful. Very crumbly rice at the same time. Plus, there is no fried meat, light rice, moderate sunflower oil. Not heavy for the stomach. I recommend a visit. Come at 11-11:30. Just fresh pilaf and a lot of people still
