We ordered a bouquet of 9 peonies with delivery. The bouquet is neat, pretty, all the buds are open, but on closer inspection some flowers are a little wilted. Since the bouquet was bought as a gift, there was no way to refuse and change the bouquet. The flowers were immediately placed in cold water, the stems were cut off. Unfortunately, the next day the flowers wilted for unknown reasons. The appeal to the store's Instagram was ignored, when contacting the manager (he was also a courier), the issue was not resolved, according to him, this happens with flowers and they are not responsible, they refuse to give part of the amount or replace the bouquet, he said to wait for a call from the head, who never called back. Based on the situation, we can conclude that the flowers are not the first freshness. It is abnormal to give 115 rubles for a bouquet that has not stood for even a day! The store creates bouquets of flowers that are not the first freshness, the level of customer orientation is at zero, I do not recommend it!

Great store! We promptly accepted an order for a large bouquet of roses. Everything was delivered on time! I recommend it) * True, there were moments of online payment by card from Lithuania, but this is due to the situation with sanctions. As a result, after 5 minutes the issue was resolved and the payment was completed. Good luck to you!
