Unfortunately, the next day the flowers wilted for unknown reasons. The appeal to the store's Instagram was ignored, when contacting the manager (he was also a courier), the issue was not resolved, according to him, this happens with flowers and they are not responsible, they refuse to give part of the amount or replace the bouquet, he said to wait for a call from the head, who never called back. Based on the situation, we can conclude that the flowers are not the first freshness. It is abnormal to give 115 rubles for a bouquet that has not stood for even a day! The store creates bouquets of flowers that are not the first freshness, the level of customer orientation is at zero, I do not recommend it!
