The store is cozy, small, I went to buy roses, the prices are low in the city...the selection was small, but there were compositions for sale and already limp and withered flowers....That's a minus.
As it was, the girl was nice, she helped me choose the flowers I wanted for a certain amount, thank you.

Terrible service! The director probably doesn't care how the sales are conducted here! Deal with your sellers! I wanted to order a bouquet for my mother for a holiday in this place, because I live in another city and I can't come in person + I also need a bouquet delivery. I wrote on Instagram a week before the event, where they explained to me that it was better to do it in 1-2 days....And so she did. In 2 days I decided to call and order a bouquet by the phone number listed on the website to discuss the details, where a young man answered me that orders were forbidden to take by phone! What to write on Instagram. I did so, wrote, and was told that orders are accepted via Viber....wrote....a minute later they replied that another person was taking orders, wait until he answers ..... I'm still waiting!!! As a result, no one answered me!!! I ordered a bouquet from another store, and I do not regret it, they made a gorgeous big bouquet there and delivered it at the right time to the right address! I only feel sorry for my time and nerves that I spent on your store. I will not recommend you to anyone!!!
