We came to choose our own cooking and oven, when we arrived at the store, the saleswomen were not interested in customers, they communicated loudly with each other, asked if we needed help, we replied that a little later, we continued to communicate, then we watched some kind of show / series, as if there were not enough seeds to feel at home..

when we contacted them, I didn't hear much advice... after which we wanted to issue an invoice, but it turned out that there were no forms! And we'll have to go again. Although it was already the 2nd time we came, the first time we didn't have the model we needed, and we didn't want to take a showcase for the price of a new one.
The 3rd time we came for an invoice, there were questions again that allegedly at the price that we chose, it was no longer there, a little more long-awaited, we had to pay 20p in cash (although I didn't understand anything on the phone why this was so).

Of the 3 plates that are used in our family, two caused headaches due to poor-quality components used by the factory.
On the Hephaestus 5102-03 stove, the ignition unit failed a year later. Replaced it. 2 years ago, the far burner (medium) stopped holding the flame. It turned out that the cap nut at the valve on the gas supply tap was not tightened. I made it through - everything worked.
On PGE 6102-03 0001, the temperature controller control light has stopped going out. The oven did not turn off. Considering that there are no service centers in Crimea, and in our small town (Sudak) there are no specialists with the necessary qualifications, then everything in the electrical circuits has to be sorted out by yourself. The first thing that came to mind was the failure of the thermostat. Replaced - the defect has not disappeared. I tried to find an electrical circuit - the factory does not supply them to its service centers and is not on the Internet. It looks like it's not a stove, but a space rocket.
I barely got through to Brest. We must pay tribute to the specialist - he immediately suggested where to look - it was punched on the body or the upper heating element or round on the fast heating fan.
In general, when we bought these plates in the family, I stood by the mountain for the fact that the Belarusian quality is not worse than the Soviet one. But they did not think that the plates would have to be serviced and repaired.
I'm a little disappointed, and the apricot pies that burned in the oven are a pity. And I can wish the plant to strengthen the input control of its components and declassify its installation and schematic diagrams. Not everywhere where your products are sold, there are specialized service centers.
A good store from the factory. The lowest prices, a large selection of finished products from the factory, as well as the necessary spare parts. I recommend.
A household gas meter was urgently needed. I called and they said that there was. By the time I got there, they had already sorted it out (the deficit, as it turned out). However, the girls helped, they called other potential places of sale themselves, and asked to postpone. As a result, I didn't buy anything from them, but I came out satisfied

They were very polite and friendly in their conversation and actions. There is a parking lot near the store where you can always park your car.

Hello, I had a chance to buy a stove on 03/14/12 (the period when money melts before our eyes, if you know what I mean). The store has a load accordingly, but instead of rejoicing at the revenue, you can hear from the sales consultants what a fucked-up people, a psychotic atmosphere, in general, sales consultants (people of pre-retirement age, in no case do I want to offend them) they are just tired and it's time for them to retire... Consultation on 3 out of five (although what can you expect from the stove?) maybe it should be like that) this is my opinion.... Such a giant does not have its own delivery, they offer comers... They chose the stove (they insisted that they would be sold out very quickly), postponed, came to pick it up the next day as agreed, their computer does not work, when asked how soon they will do it, it is not known that it is the same computer), turned around and left, they remembered about us the next evening, we refused, we said we would come another time ... Passing by a couple of days later on 03/23/22 we went in, the stove is in place, the situation is also))When I said that pickup, they asked for a sedan or station wagon (I have a sedan) with such an expression they said "well, try it", that they say I'm wasting their time))) Loading is naturally without problems, the loader-packer is the only one who did not cause negative emotions that day. I hope that their workload will drop and they will become kinder)) The cost of the plates is slightly lower than, for example, the 21st century and the 5th element, as for their trademark.
