I advise you to visit the Hephaestus brand store. Reasonable prices and a wide selection of ovens, cooktops and gas stoves. The wonderful staff of the store will always tell you and help you decide on the optimal model.

A wide range of products, as it should be in a company store. Excellent advice from sellers who know their product thoroughly. There are spare parts available for sale. parts for gas. plates, which makes the products of the Hephaestus brand more competitive compared to the imported manufacturer. After spending about an hour in the store, I received all the necessary information, made a purchase and was very satisfied.

The most honest review right now:
We came to choose our own cooking and oven, when we arrived at the store, the saleswomen were not interested in customers, they communicated loudly with each other, asked if we needed help, we replied that a little later, we continued to communicate, then we watched some kind of show / series, as if there were not enough seeds to feel at home..
The range of products is not high, there are not enough basic color models.
when we contacted them, I didn't hear much advice... after which we wanted to issue an invoice, but it turned out that there were no forms! And we'll have to go again. Although it was already the 2nd time we came, the first time we didn't have the model we needed, and we didn't want to take a showcase for the price of a new one.
The 3rd time we came for an invoice, there were questions again that allegedly at the price that we chose, it was no longer there, a little more long-awaited, we had to pay 20p in cash (although I didn't understand anything on the phone why this was so).
Some questions... it's terrible.
I will also say that it is more expensive to buy the same product in other stores, because it is cheaper there than in the official store. Surprisingly.
Oh, yeah. The invoice was written by hand, in the 21st century... where you can just type on a computer, they still fill it out by hand, nothing was clear, so I hoped it was written correctly. Because I wouldn't have gone to the store 4 times.
It's sad that you buy Belarusian goods, but so many questions arise. Although others have already gone so much further.
