The order was sent, the manager replied to it a day later, "Good afternoon! According to your request, not all the goods are in stock. You can come and buy what you have at the store." Upon arrival at the store, I was told, I quote, "Well, you will buy here anyway, go around and choose", later, with the help of a consultant, it turned out that nothing of what I ordered was in this store, from which I conclude that the manager simply did not prepare the order, but lied to me in a letter about the availability of goods in the store.
