when I arrived, the manager who took the car could not properly explain what kind of car wash I needed and asked me to go to the service room to remember the name of the service and what the cost was, moreover, he leafed through the service magazine for a long time to show the car wash and the cost, which raised questions, since this place positions itself as premium
Then, when we decided on the services, I went to the second floor of the recreation area to watch the car wash.
What I saw:
1. when washing the car in the windshield area, the employee lifted the wipers to wash under them and when he returned them to their place, he did it with effort, which led to damage to the film, which I checked after I returned the car to the parking lot
2. when washing a car in the rear bumper area, I was flooded with a camera that stopped working
3. one of the services involved cleaning the body of red dots, but I had to go around the car myself with a phone flashlight to show the places where they were left
after I realized that such moments were allowed (damage to the film and the camera not working) I informed the studio chat (I note that they responded quickly) and offered to drive up the next day to chat with the director.
In response to my comments on how and what happened at the car wash, the studio director said: "we checked the cameras and didn't notice that the staff did anything wrong with the wipers and they didn't notice any damage to the camera)."
before visiting this place, I had been to different car washes in different studios, but in none of them did I have any problems with the camera after washing, to which the director shrugged his shoulders
solution: he suggested that I dry the camera, which was done, and if it doesn't work in 3-4 days, then come to them and resolve the issue + the issue with the film.
The most annoying thing is that the director just handed me his business card and asked me to dial if I had any questions.
what's up now: the camera is working (there was already a subsequent car wash in another studio and the camera is still working), the damage to the film remains, and the director or representatives of the studio have not even dialed me to clarify how things are so far
conclusion: I think that this place is far from premium, considering how the service happened in my case, and I recommend watching the washing process to make sure that your car is being treated properly for the premium level. Not a foot in here anymore

I started using Madcar services a year ago. The quality of services and staff were excellent, but recently everything has changed for the worse. Since March, I've been surprised at how they give out cars after washing. There were water stains all over the body, and the door card was dirty. With this attitude to work, you will lose all your clients.

After purchasing the car, the first thing was the issue of its pasting. Minsk is full of guys who do this kind of detailing, but after careful analysis, the choice fell on Madcar. First, they clearly described the work plan, told about all the smallest details, and suggested the differences between matte and glossy films. Secondly, the work was done on time, and they also pointed out factory defects (ingrained droppings on the hood) and eliminated them. I coordinated everything through Ilya, and I really enjoyed talking to him. After the checkup, I wrote and asked if there were any problems. I am very happy with my work, my eye is happy every time I look at the car. Madcar sounds bold and stylish, like all the cars they make. I recommend it to everyone!

I had no previous experience visiting these studios. I always thought that such services were overly advertised and maybe even superfluous for cars, but I decided to use the services of the studio anyway. I approached the choice scrupulously, got acquainted with the list of services, reviews, location and prices, realized that if you choose from many similar studios, then only this one. I did not lose the choice, they did restorative polishing with ceramic application and partial pasting with armored film on my car. The work was done as efficiently as possible, I will not say that quickly, but this is also a plus, which means that the work on the car was more detailed and time-consuming. I was pleased with the constant feedback from the contractor / customer to solve operational and important issues in the process of detaling cars, the guys are interested in the right performance of work, and after that the price. I also note that this studio is always on the side of the customer in controversial issues. I was pleasantly surprised by the waiting area on the second floor, made at a height. Next, I will contact and use only their services, as well as the rest, caring owners of their cars, I also advise.

And so, where to start. One April day, I suddenly decided to upgrade my car. The choice fell on the BMW M240i, which was available, so the car was picked up two days later. The color of the car is bombastic (Thunderlight Metallic), and the car is new - therefore, the obvious solution was to paste the car in film. Since all this happened quite suddenly, and I wanted to ride right now, I urgently began to look for companies that can quickly and efficiently paste over the car.
I called several places. Everyone has an appointment for 10+ days in advance, and the deadline for completing the work is about a week. Well, I got sad and signed up for one of these places. But then I was lucky and the contact of the guys from Madcar was shared with me. The guys understand the "urgency" of the situation - that's why they said they could sign up for the "day after tomorrow" and do all the work in 4-5 days (from Monday to Friday). I'll run ahead and say that the car was ready by the end of 4 days.
During the commissioning of the car, I was given recommendations on which places on the car should be additionally pasted, they said about some places that it was unnecessary, etc. Displays, console and thresholds were also pasted in the car interior.
In general, summing up this call, I definitely recommend Madcar for all work on the appearance of the car: film, ceramics, maintenance, deadlines and, of course, I am happy with the price by all 146% (:
