I visited for breakfast at the hotel. Of the advantages:
Very nice view of the Bosphorus
The windows are lowered and you can sit and enjoy the breeze
There is an exit to a small veranda towards the city
They cook delicious
The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
I can't tell you the prices.
