Monument to an outstanding countryman - Marc Chagall. In general, the area where the monument is located is very interesting, a little further down the street there is a museum dedicated to the artist, and in general, if you walk along the streets here you can see many pre-war buildings. In the 19th century, this quarter was considered Jewish, there were many residential buildings and a synagogue.
