The hotel is excellent, delicious non-banal food, a compliment to the room - sweets, fruits, cleaning at a height, there are options for a free transfer from the hotel to Palm Jumeirah, to the DMSS metro station, to the mall of Emirates, to the global village.
This is an area for locals, there are no attractions within walking distance, metro and buses too, be prepared to get there only by taxi (fortunately Yandex taxi works perfectly in Dubai, it also charges money from a Russian card), or by morning transfer from the hotel. Upon check-in, they ask for either a municipal tax of 100 dirhams (non-refundable), or a deposit deposit - as you are lucky. The only grocery store in the area is small, and there is a pharmacy in the hotel building.

Very far from everything. The view from the window, from the pool to the highway (the real MKAD) is noisy both day and night and do not cross it! Shuttle to the beach 1 time a day at 9 there at 14 back (15 min drive) not on foot! The rooms are good, the food was good. There are no Russian speakers at the reception.

The hotel only lasts for 4 , the buffet breakfast is super , the staff is polite, helpful, except for the reception) , but snacks are very expensive , in rooms for 3 , the floors are constantly stained , brown and yellow spots all over the bathroom. There is no foot towel and the quality of the towels wants the best.

The hotel shares the territory and reception together with Adaigo and Novotel. The pool, the hall, the dining room are also shared, so keep this in mind. There is a noisy highway nearby, 15 kilometers to the beach. There is no public transport nearby, so only by taxi.
