A great store. A large selection of bicycles and excellent sellers. 07.08 my husband and I were choosing a bike for me. Despite the fact that the choice fell on a bike of the average price category (perhaps even below the average), we were treated like family. In addition to the bike itself, they helped me choose accessories for it and completely customized it for me, taught me how to use gears, patiently explaining and pointing out my mistakes (I had previously ridden outdated units and rental kolobikes, so much was new to me). As a result, I was completely delighted with the purchase and we drove from the store to the other side of the city on new wheels. In general, we were not just sold a bike, but without any additional payment, we configured and equipped it with everything we needed, bringing it to the state of "sat down and drove". Very satisfied and grateful with my husband) I recommend the store 100%!)

Terrible store at the end of my order!
The bike was ordered with online payment immediately upon registration, as its availability was indicated.
Call the next day: need to wait, out of stock. well okay
Call in 3 weeks: no delivery, choose something else, but there is nothing similar, or take an organza color.
To my request for a refund: we can only pay in cash, only in the office and then if there is the right amount in the store!!!! I've been waiting for a day, but there's still no amount.
THE HORROR!!!

Today, at the beginning of the second season (1/05/2023), welding collapsed in it at the place where the steering part was attached to the frame. As always, on time: almost at the pedestrian crossing. The child is now 2 years old and 8 months old, respectively, last year he was a funny 1 year and 8 months old and the maximum way a bicycle was used was to ride around the apartment. They told me to do the repairs myself. Draw your own conclusions. At least, I have no questions about why the branches of this store are closing. The pursuit of every minute benefit.

Excellent and helpful staff.I bought a bike online with free delivery to Mogilev.Either during delivery, or the collector did not catch up a little, but the front sprocket turned out to be slightly deformed and the gears did not switch well.After calling the store, the guys tried their best to help me, even to the point of consulting a mechanic.When it turned out that the part needed to be changed, I was offered several solutions to the problem.They were ready to take it from me at their own expense and bring another one.We agreed that they agreed with a local service that fixed everything for me, and they paid for his work.And, yes, when buying, I was immediately warned that I would need a hexagon to install the steering wheel and a wrench to install the pedals.This is a normal delivery situation and there were no problems with it.I can safely recommend them!

You can understand about the level of the store just by passing by the store on Khoruzhey:
- a terrible bike rack that no normal cyclist would put his bike in;
- a constant accumulation of boxes, film and other debris at the store, which spreads along the sidewalk and clogs the entire street;
- since the store is tiny and full of goods, shoppers crowd around the store in families, making it difficult to pass and drive along the sidewalk

Helpful and smart guys sold a bike with a defect, with a curved flap.
The defect was not noticed during delivery by the courier: the courier wanted to get the money very quickly and run away. Due to the bad weather, the bike stayed in the apartment for two days, they did not go outside on it. The defect was discovered during a detailed inspection exactly two days later.
The store REFUSED to settle the issue, did not recognize the defect, and accused the buyer of intentionally distorting reality.
Total: the store's call center is kosyachny. They take orders and disappear until they are disturbed. A competent consultation was given only from the second time and the second specialist. I am generally happy with the bike, but denying my guilt and delivering a bike with an obvious defect killed all the pleasant impression of the purchase.
